Had a great hospitality here. Excellent location. Great Ambience. Receptionist here Ms.My & Ms.Lee has guided us very clearly about the options we can explore here. They made our stay very pleasant and free. Helped with cab bookings here. Swimming pool and Spa was well maintained. Breakfast was Amazing. Staff helped us with luggage to our room and assisted very minute things too

This hotel is old and not in good repair. Our door to our room wouldn’t lock at all, we used the bath but it leaked from underneath and flooded the floor. The floor was dirty. It was really noisy, road noise etc. We were meant to stay a week but left after one night. The staff were pleasant.

The staff at the hotel especially Ms Lee was wonderfull with lots of good advise and help to make our stay perfect. She arranged our transport and bookings for the various attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are very nice,comfortable and quite. The staff at the pool and for breakfast are always present. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a happy holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Riverside Villas. Room was clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had different local noodle dishes which were all delicious! Really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back! Highly recommend to anyone who would like a quieter place to stay away from the city.

Rooms very spacious and clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Lovely and helpful staff gave us ideas what to do and how to get there. Booked a day tour for us, and also a sleeper bus to next destination, paid by card at the hotel which made it easy and saved an atm withdrawl. It is a medium distance from old town; however, bikes are provided free of charge by the hotel. Suggest also use the bikes to go to the rice fields, vegetable village, and An Bang beach. 10/10.

A hidden gem and definitely worth the stay. The staff were beyond helpful and extremely helpful. I honestly wish we were staying longer. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean The breakfast was delicious with so many options. 😋

Spacious and quite ambient, staff are very friendly and helpful,breakfast have local and nice choice , location is very nice near riverside , bike and cycle for free , enjoyed well and regret just one day only booking , would definitely come back again this hotel

I had a wonderful experience here - staff are friendly and helpful ( Thank you Ms My and Ms Quy😊) room very comfortable and clean, a great location too. Also breakfast is great! I highly recommend, and would definitely stay when in Hoi An 🥰🥰

We have loved our stay at the Hoi An Apartments. The location is great for access to the river path into Hoi An centre. It’s on a busy road but the surroundings more than make up for it. The greenery around the pool is beautiful and the pool itself is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The staff team have been superb and really went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. When calling through to reception the response was super fast which was impressive. They could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay again when back in Hoi An.

If there would be the option “6 stars” I would give 6 stars to this wonderful hotel. Mrs. My, Lee and Quy and the staff have been so helpful and friendly with us. They suggested and booked for us two beautiful activity in Hoi An and also the transfert to Hue. The bedroom was big and clean immersed in very nice garden near the swimming pool. The breakfast was rich of choice and very well prepared! Free rental bike avaible. The location was fantastic, a simple 15 min bike ride along the river to ancient town, ✅. The rooms have a lovely vintage Vietnam vibe with lots of carved wood and atmospheric lighting, The pool was perfect for relaxing after shopping and sightseeing all day. The staff were super friendly and very helpful whenever we had a question, my friend and I also tried the in-house Day spa which we found quite reasonable compared to surrounding locations. Breakfast had plenty of options so we were happy everyday.

The pool was very nice, I had a good sunbed sleep in the afternoon! Very comfortable :) other than that the massage was really good an relaxing! The staff was very friendly and helpful in all terms! They helped us book the trips, a ping pong table for a match and so on! Would highly recommend a stay here in the hotel!

Great place, super friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, the breakfast and restaurant food tasty. The staff was very accomodating, good english, aboslutely no communication problems unlike some other places we have been to in Vietnam. They really wanna make yojr stay as positive as possible.

Excellent stay Spacious rooms with balcony overlooking the pool. The staff is very courteous . Special mention to Ms My who helped us with all the planning from booking cars to tours. The place is just 5 minutes drive from the Hoi an town Highly recommend booking the place.
