The hotel is very old. Very in need of renovation. THE SERVICE is very bad. I would not recommend anyone.

They received me very badly, they do not accept the CUP (the national currency), I had to pay in dollars and the bill was issued in CUP at the rate of 24 cups per dollar (which is not the real rate). The room does not have table lamps. The hotel is very sad and at 8pm there was almost nothing left for dinner, they served me an old piece of chicken with rice. Regular breakfast. the acoustic is very bad. Better to stay **** in private houses in the center, they are also cheaper.

For the price it is excellent. The staff is really nice. The swimming pool is very nice and big. The room is spacious and the air conditioning works very well. For repairs in a room if necessary the service is very fast. is of quality. If you need a taxi Alberto is very reliable. Side restaurant in town I liked the Monaco and the Duena more simple but very good. There is no safety deposit box in the rooms so a padlock is required to lock your suitcase in case. In addition the price is with double occupancy. So if you have a Cuban spouse you pay for your party and your spouse's entry will be free. Really good.

I was here recently for the facility's 39th anniversary celebration and I was amazed at how beautiful the hotel is. The recently remodeled nightclub is my favorite place, hands down. Thank my dear Sales Specialist Mary Cary for the invitation, a pleasure to spend the day with you. Greetings.

I would like to start with the welcome, that does not exist in this hotel, nobody informs you that there is practically nothing and that the little they have to offer is limited, upon arrival at the room it turned out to be dirty and when claiming they inform us that it was a mistake due to the scarce staff hired, then we went to the pool, what to say about the color of the green water and the little space to shelter from the sun. When we got to the restaurant, the offer was scarce, so we couldn't eat or drink anything since even the water was hot, referring to the good treatment of the workers although that is not enough since we had to call someone outside to not sleep without to eat. The next day we left early so as not to prolong the suffering, without a doubt an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is really great. It has several rooms of great convenience and comfort that I have been able to enjoy. The treatment is spectacular. I recommend for everyone who wants to visit Cuba or the province of Las Tunas where I visited, to stay at this wonderful hotel, which despite not having the same development as others in the country, the treatment of the workers, the quality of the services and offers are really wonderful. I had a great surprise when I arrived at this place because I glimpsed in front of my eyes a jewel of lodging that I recommend to everyone.
