Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details.

The property has 19 different hotels. Very good location on all. We stayed in 2 different ones. The first one was very good. The second one didn’t like the stay. One of the main roads couldn’t sleep with all the cars and motorcycles driving by. Bed was too soft also. For the must part area was good and ppl friendly.

Close to the beach. The room we got was next to the main road couldn’t sleep with the cars and motorcycles driving by. Didn’t feel safe with one of the room windows also face the main road so you can hear ppl walking by late night. Definitely not a safe room. Or a room for a couple the wants to relax on vacation and enjoy a quiet night.

Booked room, had an emergency had to cancel, as I was about to check in. The property refused to give me refund. Also, does not look like the photos, not beach front, runned down, people sitting outside loud, more like a motel. Will not be back

What I did not like was that the door key lock magnet wasn’t working, did not reported until check out to the cleaning lady was having too much fun during my stay to bother with it.

The bed had sand in it, the customer service was horrible. They sent a masked man to my room hiding his face to advise me to check out but he just knocked on the door didn’t say anything looked like a criminal. The food was poor. Stay away from this place.

Nice clean smelling and felling with king size bed, 40" inch tv, cold a/c and had parking that was steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Bathroom was clean but looked like it was remodeled. For a weekend staycation can't complain and for the price is was #priceless

horrible customer service. staff combative and would not even let you finish talking - defensive and cutting you off when you talk. would never go back. other guests complaining too. and they never apologize.
