Ok
Very small but clean and very close to the beach. The resort and parking fees add to your stay so keep a mind on those. I didn't realize I had to ask for the kitchen stuff, so having not even a cup was cumbersome. This company has many names it goes by, so other units could be different.

I understand it’s a beach property but coming back to my room after my first full day there - there were some type of flies all over the kitchen so I slept in a hoodie - not cool

Miss Donna was a wonderful asset along with all
The other staff. They are straight forward and to the point. My room was very clean and my stay was very pleasant! What I can say though is BYOS cause If you don’t you’ll surely be charged for everything.
Parking is 20$ a day. And breakfast is slim pickings but otherwise for the price AND LOCATON it was a GREAT STAY

The only downfall of the property is that you have to pay $18 a day for parking because there is no free parking for visitors staying at the hotel

Well it was portrayed one way and was totally different room detail on the room I got. First says it has pool... well the "pool" is part of the adjacent properties... second the room has coffe maker and toaster and grill..... with no outlet for it to work???? at the Seagull so you know. tiny room in general. The pics shown in ******* are the best shots of other hotels they manage not the "Seagull" Ok plus there is breakfast... yep some breads, or bagels, coffee and fake juice,o hard boilded egg also.... and thats at another building... front desk is 24 hrs and has a nice little shop for necesities.
My room had not night table or table light... so its either black out or interigation level light on the room fan.
By the way room did feel clean.
Again only two pics shown are of the Seagull so no other pics apply and its really small. Room feels like a converted storage area. Dont believe the kicthen pics my applieance had no outlets to connect to?????
