Service: The reception staff were all very friendly. A young man checked me in, and a young woman checked me out, so there's absolutely no need to worry about the service. The room was also cleaned by staff every day. Location: It's situated between Kwai Fong and Kwai Hing MTR stations, less than a 10-minute walk to either. There are also many shops nearby, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are several shopping malls that are great for browsing. Overall, it was excellent. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Facilities: The layout is compact, and I'm really impressed that they managed to have a wet/dry separation in such a small space. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning is very thorough, and all toiletries are provided. Environment: It's quite quiet, about a fifteen-minute walk from the commercial area. However, the soundproofing is definitely an issue; on the first day, the people next door were chatting and it was noisy. The second day was much better. Service: The front desk staff are very friendly and try their best to accommodate requests. There was a small hiccup when booking, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The value for money is truly excellent.

Although the hotel rooms are small, they are clean and the location is great for getting around. The service is also good.

Location is around 7 to 10 min walk from Kwai Hing station and around 10 to 15 min walk from Kwai Fong station. A30 bus can reach airport directly and bus stop is only around 5mins walk. The hotel building is located at warehouse and light industry area. So, it is quiet at night. Reach the hotel and 10.30am and i was check in and went into the room, the staff is nice and friendly. Room is high floor have better view. Room is modern and comfortable. Toothbrush set and slipper are provided. As usual, hk room is small, so if 2 person stay with big luggages, need to put on floor and it will be not much space. Bathroom and toilet is separated and it is big.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but thankfully public transport is convenient. There's a bus stop not far from the hotel and a subway station entrance nearby. The room, though small, is clean and tidy. Most importantly, it offers great value for money.

This was my second time staying here. Last time I visited Hong Kong, I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, so of course, I chose them again this time. Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy; you can take a bus, and the hotel is just a short walk from the bus stop. The MTR station isn't too far either. My stay this time was just as warm and welcoming as before. I must particularly thank Trip.com again for all their meticulous help and coordination with everything.

Two large beds. This is an apartment hotel, a bit difficult to find, and there are no facilities nearby. The closest 7-Eleven is about a ten-minute walk away. There's no bottled water, no extra chairs, and the power outlets are Hong Kong style, but you can ask the front desk for an adapter. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is relatively clean.

The hotel location is close to Kwai Fong Mtr station.  I like the room, it was clean and cozy. The flooring could have been different, it was not very clean but overall quite satisfied with my stay.
