The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, there is luggage storage, and there is a shuttle bus to the MTR.

Good ,very near the mtr . The place is clean ,um.. although a little bit old but over all is ok

The gentlemen at the luggage counter (possibly named Thomas and Eagle) were very helpful, assisting us in booking a cab and getting an elevator, and they provided useful information. The shower had a strong stream, and the design of the hotel was good. The cleaner was very friendly, and the check-out process was quick and easy—simply returning the cards at the desk. There was also the option to store luggage before check-in, which was convenient. Across the street, there was a good restaurant called Tai Ji, easily reachable via the walk bridge. However, the hygiene in the hotel was poor, with ants everywhere and mold in the bathroom. The beds were extremely hard with no headboard, and the pillows lacked support, prompting me to bring my own cushion. The man at check-in, Louis Fung, had a very bad attitude—unfriendly and unhelpful, often responding rudely to questions. Check-in took a long time and, despite offering payment, early check-in was not allowed, which made the experience especially unpleasant after a long-haul flight. The hotel is also quite far from the nearest metro station, requiring a 10-minute walk. While the Hong Kong metro is convenient, it can be crowded, though taxis are affordable. Overall, I would rate this stay 5/10 as it requires serious improvement.

Overall the cleaniness is fine, yet it is modified from the industrial building, the interior design is not good .

It was our first time staying in this hotel. Its location is not convenient. However, I think it is worth staying. The hotel staff offered us a free upgrade. The room is clean and spacious. I specially like the King size bed. The hardness of the mattress is just right for me! The pillow isn't too soft. I has a good night sleep!

The room was okay. It looked tidy. I also had a semi buffet dinner at their restaurant. The food was also okay but not something that would wow you. I’d probably just go eat something else outside the hotel next time.

A bit far from MTR station but room was tidy and clean...staff at front desk was friendly and helpful..there are no restaurants near by ..have to go to MTR station

Good hotel. The location is not bad. About 5-10 minutes walk to metro. Went to Disneyland from there it's one metro change + Disneyland resort line.
