Hotel COZi Resort

This hotel is conveniently located near my husband's family, and transportation is excellent. It's only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a Ding Ding tram station and a Tuen Ma Line MTR station nearby, which is great for its location. However, the hotel is very old. The walls are dilapidated, and so is the headboard. The hygiene is quite poor; the corners are incredibly dirty. The service staff were okay – not exceptional, but not terrible either. All in all, I won't be staying here again. I've stayed here for several years, and it's a bit disappointing. The rooms are also quite small. I'll try the hotel next door next time. Oh, and in the bathroom, there's no socket for a hairdryer! Also, there are no charging sockets on one of the bedside tables. In short, it's very outdated and needs an upgrade, otherwise it will be phased out. I sincerely hope they renovate it; it's a waste of such a good location. There's nowhere to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, just two small hooks. For us, who stay for about 10 days for family visits, this is truly inconvenient.

The Hotel COZi Resort in Hong Kong is excellent. Its location is superb and convenient, right next to the West Rail Line. V City and Tuen Mun Town Centre Plaza are within walking distance, and you can reach Tsim Sha Tsui East in just half an hour.

The room size was just right, and the cleanliness was good. Breakfast was also decent (more Western-style). However, the room was a bit too humid, which might be due to the southern climate. The air conditioning has three cooling settings, but I wish it had a dehumidifying function.

The hotel is super conveniently located. You can spot the building right after exiting Tuen Mun MTR Station Exit A and turning right. Although the room was a bit small, it was very tidy and clean. The breakfast, which I purchased on the spot, was simple but quite good. Overall, it's a comfortable hotel in the Tuen Mun area.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good and offers good value for money. The subway station is right next door, making it very convenient to get to the city center and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. There are also several large shopping malls, markets, and supermarkets nearby, so shopping is a breeze. The hotel breakfast is mainly Western, sufficient to fill you up, but not very varied. A major inconvenience was the lack of complimentary bottled water. We had to go downstairs to buy our own, and the water from the vending machine downstairs wasn't cheap either – 2 bottles for 20 yuan. If it's for environmental reasons, they could at least provide water dispensers for guests to refill their reusable bottles. This really made the hotel feel inconvenient and less guest-friendly, which was quite uncomfortable.

The front desk lady was super nice. Her voice was very gentle, and the room was clean too. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews; for Hong Kong, the room was really spacious, and there's even a pool.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this five-star hotel. Firstly, the check-in process was incredibly inefficient; I had to wait a long time without any clear explanation or attempted remedies from the staff. Secondly, the room's cleanliness was subpar – there were noticeable stains on the floor by the bed and water marks on the vanity, making the overall impression less than clean. The biggest issue impacting my experience was the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and the adjacent room, making it almost impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. Furthermore, the service attitude didn't live up to the professional standards expected of a 'five-star' establishment; issues I reported were handled slowly, and responses were unenthusiastic. The dining experience also fell short – while the breakfast selection wasn't small, some food items were cold or not replenished promptly, leading to an average experience. I hope the hotel seriously addresses these issues and genuinely improves its hygiene, response times, and service standards, rather than just relying on its reputation. The overall experience did not meet expectations, and I will not consider staying here again.

There's a simple gym available for workouts, but it's windowless and a bit enclosed. The hotel is super close to the subway station, right across from the main entrance, making getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, there are plenty of malls nearby for dining and shopping. I've been staying here for a long time and am still here because it offers excellent value for money, so I keep extending my stay. However, the one thing I can't stand is how loud the air conditioning is in the room. The bathroom dehumidifier also runs 24/7 without stopping. If you're a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.
