Location is great ......but room housekeeping just 5days for one ...dun imagine 3 stars hotel like Malaysia....here is Hong Kong land expensive like gold so room 9m2 consider it ok

I been staying in this hotel couple of times for the past years and just yesterday when i checked in the old man receptionist around6pm is very unprfoessional rude to me when i asked to give me towel which usually have one in the room then when i ask can h give me towel because dont have and then he just showered me of disrepectful words saying “ i know h last night keep asking towel what kind of worker is that? And he keep cutting when im speaking i am jaut asking for a towel which i told him check your cctv if i ask yiu towel lastnight and suddenly theres a guest who interrupt me and this old frojt desk guys and the other fust say sorry to me but rhe mini central staff is very RUDE he speak cantonese to his colleuge who j dint understand but if he speak mandarin i probably understand him i will escalate this complain coz its not my firs time checked in i think he scold me for a towel because of my age and passport such a rude personality checked in around 6pm last night mini causewaybay is way better

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, comfortable and I was lucky to get a great view as well!

It puts you right in the heart of Hong Kong, super close to the MTR/metro, Victoria Peak, and all the major sights. The train lines connect you everywhere effortlessly. Pro-tip on arrival: When you take the Airport Express into Hong Kong Station, just walk to the hotel! Do not take a taxi. Traffic and one-way streets mean a taxi will waste both your time and money. Walking is much faster and easier.

Great place for the price Location is convenient, but on top of the hill from metro station

The hotel is in a very nice location. The room is super small and it smelled like humidity, the walls were wet and the bathroom was tiny.

The location was incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from everything. Most of the transportation options were also within a reasonable distance. The services and room were quite decent.

The room was not especially clean, the walls and ledges have clear dirt on them. The shower is small and not well cleaned, the only good side is the location and price for it. And a lot of supermarkets nearby.
