Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui

Exceeded my expectations! I initially thought the hotel might be old, but it's actually very well-maintained! It doesn't feel old at all. First, the location is incredibly convenient, right in Tsim Sha Tsui and connected to K11 Art Mall. Shopping is super easy, and there are tons of great food options downstairs. What also drew me in was that the twin room had two 1.2m beds without a nightstand in between, so they could be pushed together, which is perfect for a family of three – not cramped at all. The room and bathroom are both super spacious, and it offers excellent value for money, plus a sea view. I feel like I'll definitely choose Hyatt again when I come to Hong Kong! 😂

I brought my mother to Hong Kong for a trip. The hotel is located right above K11, and there's a subway station nearby. The downsides are that the room is small and the facilities are a bit old-fashioned. However, the service is good, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

Stayed at this Hyatt on the second day of the ***** New Year. Overall, it was decent, though the room was a bit small; everything else was fine. We happened to be there for the Hong Kong fireworks, which made some hotel prices in Hong Kong crazy that night. Check-in and check-out were relatively quick. The Tsim Sha Tsui location is pretty good, and it's very convenient downstairs.

Great location, right above a shopping mall with many subway exits nearby. There are plenty of local snacks around, like milk tea, beef offal, and fishball noodles. The shopping environment itself is just okay, and K11 Art Mall isn't really worth a special trip.

How do I even put this? Compared to hotels on the mainland, it was really disappointing. I checked out early, and despite a long discussion, nothing was resolved. Overall, it's best to plan ahead, otherwise it's just too much hassle.

While Hyatt hotels generally cater more to business travelers, we were a family traveling together. The location is excellent, truly offering a 'slice of sky' view! 😄 It can't compare to a direct view of Victoria Harbour, but it wins on value for money, and it's convenient for getting anywhere. There are plenty of dining options just a short walk downstairs from the hotel. We even crossed the road from the hotel and found a small eatery opposite Ichiran Ramen that served fantastic wontons and a 'three treasures' noodle dish – truly delicious. I was surprised by how good the soundproofing was; I expected it to be noisy at night, but it was very quiet. For Hong Kong, the room size isn't small either, and it's very practical with clever touches everywhere. All in all, it's a very convenient stay.
