交通便利，地鐵天后站出站後不到五分鐘路程就到！沿路已經有2間便利店，設施較舊但乾淨，沒有一次性衛生用品，需要自備牙膏牙刷

位置方便，距離地鐵站也十分近（天后地鐵站）；附近有7-11、ok、優品360等品同食肆，選擇也很多；酒店服務也很好。

I went to the Elements to watch a movie after midnight. All nearby hotels were booked, so I had to find this one in the remote part of Hong Kong Island. It is marked as a four-diamond hotel, which is actually equivalent to an ordinary chain hotel in the mainland. Of course, this is Hong Kong. Hotels in Hong Kong are generally open for a long time, with old facilities, and the price is about 3 times that of the same or worse rooms in the mainland. This one is relatively new. I didn't pay attention to it at night, and I found out the next day that there was a garbage disposal station and a huge public toilet directly opposite the bottom of the building, sandwiched between a group of tube buildings. I personally didn't think there was any scenery outside the window (and it was a fully enclosed window). The attitude of the hotel front desk was acceptable, and Mandarin would be used first. The room card and other hotel signs were almost all written in simplified Chinese, which seemed to specialize in mainland business. The front desk claimed to help upgrade the room, but I didn't hear it clearly at the time. As a result, I found that the king-size bed room originally booked was changed to a twin-bed room (smaller bed), and it was the last room. Can it be upgraded in reverse? It was really unexpected, and I thanked it again and again. The room area is of course very small. In the local area, I dare not ask for space. The water pressure is very strong, and the shower has the visual sense of "Under the Day".

Location is very good. Near some nice places to eat local food and many western style options as well. Room was quite small, just like most hotels in Hong Kong. Staff was very polite.

However, the quality of some mainland tourists is indeed easy to be looked down upon. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is pretty good. It has everything (fruit, salad, main meal, coffee, juice, porridge). It is much better than hotels like Home Inn. Executive lounge benefits: This is quite tasteless. It is given once from 10 to 19 o'clock. The rooftop used to be great. It is 2-3 dishes saved from lunch and dinner, with two desserts, and no alcoholic drinks.

這次入住後讓我對皇悅酒店好感度又添濃重的一筆！因為不慎將我的富有紀念意義的日本耳機遺失在房間了，而等我發現時新客人已經入住。抱著一線希望還是向皇悅酒店提出了尋物請求，酒店服務員發揮了高潮的溝通技巧，讓客人高興的同意我們一起進屋尋找，結果在根本不起眼的床頭櫃夾縫中找到了我心愛的耳機，讓我在享受失而復得的驚喜中又感受到了皇悅酒店的服務精細！謝謝皇悅！

早餐很不錯，中西結合、葷素搭配合理，省了兩天的早餐錢！

酒店交通便利，地鐵、巴士、叮叮車車站都不遠，周圍小吃店多，30樓享受行政禮遇蠻好，早餐吃飽沒問題，網絡信號有點弱。
