Hotel 108 Hong Kong

The area of the hotel is strategic enough and its quite near from the mongkok mtr st. The room is okay and comfy enough. But there is no full body mirror, cuz ofc we need outfit check haha. For the central aircon the direction can’t be changed , so it will feel a lil bit cold in specific corner. For the amenities is complete enough and the environment is quite clean and great. Also the hotel provide free water and coffee.

The stay is decent. The place is clean and well decorated. The service is quick and order. A highly recommended place.

It was my first trip to Hong Kong. Although the hotel was quite expensive, I found that this hotel offered a clean interior and somewhat larger rooms compare to other hotels. There were some issues I noticed, especially for all foreigners traveling for the first time; the main problem is that all sockets are different. The hotel should provide extensions, as I had no chargers and faced a lot of trouble. I called the reception, but no one answered the phone, not even twice, with no response. There was no drinking water available. I was shocked at the price I paid to be given even one water bottle, what will happen to the hotel? The wash basin was not clean; I even saw long hair on it. I also didn’t find the quality of the hand wash or shower gel satisfactory. These are very basic needs. For this price and service, compared to the mainland, I’d rate it 6 out of 10. Keep working on improving.

The location was very convenient and the room had all the necessities at a reasonable price. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a concert venue and a mall at a walking distance. The hotel was pretty secure and the staff were friendly.

I paid for a room above the minimum level and I got a quite simple, yet reasonably clean, room. A specific request I made was accommodated for and the request to not be disturbed by the personnel was fully respected. Not so the request to clean the room, that remained untouched by the personnel for 4 days, despite shoving the request a few hours every day in normal business hours. Coffee is available free flow, but no cups are provided. The room had wall made of very light material and I could here the movements of all neighbors like if they were in my room. I paid a very high price, but it was during Chinese New Year. I did not check, but if the same room sells fro more than 250HK$/night in normal time, then I would consider that a robbery.
