Quite some changes to HK environmental policy. Amenities are not provided in hotels rooms. Overall the experience wasn't that bad.

Friendly staff, good attitude towards guests, clean, but the capsules are already very tired, not all USBs work as they should.

Loved this place so close to subway and so many places to shop and eat! The staff just as friendly was lucky enough to have less housemates so yaay!!!

We booked a bed for two people, the room was way to small, we could nearly fit in. The showers weren’t working properly. The manager there was really nice, helpt us with some things and told us some nice thing about Hong Kong.

Omg! it was horrible, we couldn't find the location in the first place, guard didn't open the door, even one Chinese guy force us to go out from the little lobby, we waited for an hour (it was past midnight btw) to somebody who was in charge to come out, no amenities, smell was horrible, no air, omg, So different from the pictures, Don't go there i promise
