Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with variety. Location is good. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. 20’ walk to a shopping mall. 30’ walk to night market. Less than 10’ walk to Hotan museum. Big and clean room. Good value.
Weird thing is they provide shuttle from/to airport but not to railway station.

我訂的是行政套房，衹有一張大床，上面文字寫得清清楚楚可以免費加床的，我要求加，想要下床讓孩子在廳裏自己睡，前台美女卻説不能加，雖然她説可以換三人房，但是沒有格局不爽了，搞得兒子睡沙發，半夜怕他睡不好，又把他抱回大床一起擠，請問酒店誠信哪裡去了？
我早上訂259元，晚上前台辦理時，叫我查價格，一看掉價到236元，雖知市場價格時時在浮動，但是變得也太快了吧？搞得消費者的小心靈一波三折的

地理位置很方便，邊上就是和田博物館，打車去玉石巴扎，玉龍喀什河邊都很方便，前台小姐姐很熱情，有接送機服務

酒店有接送機服務，特別好，很準時。住了兩天，前台的小姐姐服務也特別好，特別熱情，因為航班比較晚，還幫我推遲一小時退房，第一次來新疆玩，以後還要過來。

酒店總體不錯，居於市中心，位置好找，房間寬敞，設施齊備，衞生間乾濕分區，有停車場。早餐值得點贊，菜品多，味道好，臨近結束還在適時適量補充，不像有的酒店，到早餐後半段就“彈盡糧絕”。房間唯一的小毛病是，衞生間龍頭放水時響聲厲害——如同鍋爐放氣般的聲音。聽得見隔壁的放水聲，估計隔壁也聽得見這邊的放水聲。這裏順便説説網上訂房遭遇。到了酒店大廳，現場比較了一下，網上要稍便宜一點，於是在網上下了單。手機顯示預訂成功，但酒店反覆查看，都無此訂單，於是無法辦理入住。去電攜程詢問，被告知此房是他們與另一機構合作，是中間商出了問題。看來，攜程不是直接跟該酒店的合作，而是“二手”買賣了，於是，中間有些環節它無法管控。在大廳等了將近一個鐘頭，還是辦不了入住，我就提出退訂。但電話打過去。客服説退訂須付26元手續費。這下徹底把我激怒了。我説：“是你們的原因辦不了入住，退訂還要收手續費，真是豈有此理！好吧，你收吧，但從此以後我們就拜拜，從今以後再也不在攜程訂房了。”客服似乎覺得丟了我這樣一個有着10多年訂房記錄的老客户可惜，於是緊急直接聯繫酒店經理，讓酒店先為我辦理入住，同時為我補償30元慰問金。這樣的處理雖勉強暫時讓我息了些怒，但這真是一次不愉快的訂房體驗。而且幾天之前也碰到過一次。好在那家酒店比較靈活，在查看不到訂單訊息的情況下，依據我手機上的訂房成功訊息給我辦理了入住。

酒店位置非常好，在迎賓路上，機場出來一條路就到了。而且提供接機服務。雖然晚了十多分鐘， 但有勝於無，防疫政策執行的也非常到位，一聽我是從莎車過來的路上司機就在給前台打電話問喀什的客人是否讓入住。我心説從機場接過來的客人除了于田之外肯定是和田地區以外的啊，難道都不讓住？
第一天屋裡沒有水，第二天早上見到客服人員小推車上有水就問了一句，説是前一天的服務員可能忘了，又給補了兩瓶。不過第二瓶到了機場就給沒收了。
總之還是挺不錯的。和田的沙塵真不是一般的大，不出門東西放屋裡過一陣子一摸上面也有一層細沙。

酒店在博物館對面，門口就有公交站，交通出行特別方便。
房間較大，可現場升級房型，早餐還不錯，關鍵是酒店離和田夜市（老夜市）衹有800米，吃喝無憂。
