I stayed here once in February, and came here with my friends again yesterday. The two little brothers at the front desk were very nice, very polite, the room was very large, clean and quiet. I used to live in the hotel next to me. Unlimited pick-up and drop-off between the high-speed rail station and Wanda Plaza. The driver and the front desk were very polite and considerate. The water cup was dropped and delivered to the high-speed rail station. Great! Very good stay experience, recommended.

OOlga1. Insanely slow check-in - at least 25 minutes at the reception (and this is with bonuses from trip.com - fast). 2. It is stated that they speak English at the reception - they lie, do not speak, laugh. 3. Non-smoking floor. In the morning I woke up from the smell of cigarettes. Although yes, on the doors of this floor it is written no smoking. But no measures are taken (they could write a fine for smoking, maybe it would help). The smell of smoke greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. 4. The hotel is modern. Clean rooms. Clean linen. It is very pleasant to walk around the hotel, everything sparkles with cleanliness. There is a gym, inside there is water, towels, exercise machines, dumbbells - everything is thought out. There is a laundry - 3 washing machines and 3 dryers with powder. And everything is gorgeous here. Everything is cleaned, not a speck of dust. The room itself - you will admire it, very pleasant. The hotel is gorgeous, with big BUTs. Delight in the hotel itself and minuses of the administration, the people who are the face of the hotel. Make a fine for smoking on some floors and non-smokers will feel comfortable. Open door of the room, people sitting and a stinking corridor. Photos of the rooms are honest, nothing to add.

克克 Streets of ShenzhenPerfect getaway experience. From the free pick up from the XuPu South station to the meals in the restaurant, via a 10am check in and hours in the infinity pool overlooking the rice paddies everything was perfect. Spacious, beautiful rooms built and decorated in a traditional Xiangxi style and the grounds are very tastefully laid out. Impeccable service was offered throughout to one unusual customer. Thinking of how to make this a regular weekend escape from Shenzhen. If you’re in Changsha, this is a no brainer.

Very cost-effective, it feels like a four- or five-star stay experience, and pet-friendly.
Service attitude:
Very enthusiastic, friendly to the dogs, and guided us to park in the rain, the attitude of talking was particularly polite.
Central air conditioning is powerful, hot water is fast and the water is abundant, bathing supplies are complete, and the quality is good. There is a free supply of tea bags.
The sanitation is very clean and the bedding is comfortable.
Hotel dining:
The hotel does not currently serve breakfast, but the morning tea shop next door is open at 6 o'clock.
Food and beverage convenience:
It is very convenient to eat and take out near the hotel and can be reached on foot.
Accessibility:
It has its own free parking lot, and the rare height limit is 2.5 meters. It is simply a gospel for us to carry the owner of the roof suitcase. The basement can go directly to the first floor of the hotel.
Experience with pets:
Very friendly, we carried the medium-sized dog Labrador and encountered no doubts. Of course, when traveling with pets, our shit-shovel officers should consciously do a good job in hygiene, tighten traction, not venting indoors, bring their own cages or single bed covers, to avoid causing trouble to the hotel and other guests, so that more hotels will accept our good dogs.

The service was great, the front desk was very kind, I helped upgrade the room when I checked in, and told me that there were some free small things in the room ～ hahaha, I called me at 8 o'clock and told me that I could receive a dessert.
The room is large and the sanitation is good. It is due to the building itself. After the elevator turns right, all rooms are in a corridor, and the sound insulation of the door is not very good. If you have a small partner with high requirements for the sleeping environment, you may have to consider carefully.

Got asked though during checkin if I stayed by myself which is not a super comfortable question to get as a female solo traveller but probably rather due to our language barrier.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Qin, the front desk customer service, for upgrading me to a room with a bathtub. Especially the pick-up and drop-off service makes the guests feel like VIPs. Driver Xiong also helped me with my luggage.
