We had a wonderful time with truly outstanding service, we have to mention Vivian from the front desk she put in so much extra effort to help us with the required covid testing for returning home and getting the results. She went over and beyond her duties, really amazing of Vivian
In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

房間非常的舒適，酒店環境很不錯，遊樂設施齊全，很適合遛娃，水世界也很不錯，對低齡孩子也很友好，水温這塊兒也有很多的選擇性總體體驗不錯，附近離野鴨湖也很近👍

酒店非常好，大堂豪華，房間乾淨，室內室外都有特別大的遊樂場🎡，水上樂園簡直太棒了👏！還有又大又乾淨的游泳池🏊♀️！酒店自助餐性價比超高，味道也很不錯👍，非常適合帶孩子來親子度假，孩子們都開心的玩瘋了，每天都有新奇有趣的活動。特別要説的是服務人員的素質很高，前台接待的雷誠美女態度超級温柔，而且特別體貼的為客人着想，我們帶着兩個孩子，還特意暖心的給我們調了可以雙床拼在一起的房間，避免孩子們掉下床，給我們推薦了很多適合孩子玩耍的活動，所以我強烈要求她把胸牌給我拍了照片，感謝這位漂亮的小仙女🙏！等夏天還要帶孩子們繼續來玩👍

環境：房間寬敞乾淨，酒店環境非常好

五一假期，不想去外地擠，就選了近郊的酒店住了兩天。第一次來懷來皇冠，感覺還不錯，酒店小童活動豐富，小童樂園地方不小，水世界也挺大，就是水温稍微有點兒涼。辦理入住的時候遇到一些小麻煩，荀奕涵小姐姐很快就幫我解決了，十分的感謝

五一假期帶孩子來玩的，這家酒店帶娃的可玩性非常高，因為是IHG旗下的，硬件設施不用擔心。水樂園，泳池，室內小童樂園，室外小童樂園，卡丁車，小動物園，五一期間還增加了彩虹跑和南瓜田的活動，如果衹住一晚，都玩不過來，還有個皇冠小集市弄得也挺好的。
前台的黃鸝經理工作能力很強，不論是入住還是住宿期間任何問題，她都能很高效的幫忙處理解決，讓客人感覺賓至如歸，非常舒心！

五一出遊，擔心人擠路不好走，決定就在北京周邊走走，選擇了懷來皇冠假日，對比網上的人山人海，這個選擇是正確的😂
酒店房間很大，設施挺好，水樂園絕對是娃的最愛，前台的小姐姐荀奕涵，雷誠很温柔貼心，仔細介紹了酒店設施，周邊情況，還給升級了房間，房間離餐廳和泳池特別近，孩子一溜煙就跑過去，別提多開心。五一人確實多，用餐的體驗不是特別好，但是實話實説口味材料還是不錯的，節假日互相多些包容吧，相信平時來體驗會更好。
位置和交通真不錯，去官廳水庫雞鳴驛都很方便，懷來有很多地方值得慢慢走走逛逛，估計以後還會來，孩子唸叨着還要住這
