TTerry TownshendRecommended. Spotlessly clean, great service (the receptionist brought me some fresh fruit just after I checked in) and the room was comfortable with fast Wi-Fi. For me, the location was perfect - just 15 minutes away from the wetlands where I was visiting to see migratory birds. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the local mall and local shops. I will stay here again.

Suitable for a small fleet of 2-3 cars passing by and staying overnight. 酒店選址太妙了，推窗就是官廳水庫小洱海的粼粼波光，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒時，拉開窗簾能看到朝陽把湖面染成金紅色，傍晚坐在露台的沙發上，品一杯香茗，坐看晚霞漫過遠處的蘆葦盪，連風裡都帶着鬆弛的味道。
房間設計得很懂“養心”二字，橙色皮質沙發床，配上藍色珠光沙發，雅綠色窗簾配上藍墨色背景牆，時尚感十足。沒有多餘的裝飾，卻讓人覺得格外踏實。床品是那種親膚的純棉質感，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，夜裡安靜得衹能聽到窗外偶爾的蟲鳴，好久沒睡過這麼沉的覺了。
最驚喜的是他們的早餐，不是那種流水線式的自助，而是每天現做的本地小食。阿姨蒸的南瓜發糕帶着淡淡的甜香，現磨的豆漿配着剛出爐的葱油餅，還有湖裡新鮮打撈的蝦米煮的粥，簡單卻吃得胃裡暖暖的，像在朋友家做客一樣親切。
酒店裡的小細節也很戳人，大堂角落放着書架和懶人沙發，隨手能拿起一本散文讀一下午；傍晚還會組織客人去湖邊散步，遇到晚霞特別美的時候，管家會悄悄遞上一杯温熱的薑茶，怕湖邊風涼着。
離小洱海的網紅打卡點也近，步行十分鐘就能到彩虹步道，想去拍照片的話，管家還會貼心告知哪個時間段光線最好。玩累了回來，泡個熱水澡，再去露台坐一會兒，看星星慢慢亮起來，感覺所有的煩心事都被這湖光山色悄悄撫平了。
如果想找個地方好好放空自己，這裏真的再合適不過了——沒有喧囂，沒有催促，衹有慢慢流淌的時光和温柔的風景，像個藏在湖邊的祕密花園，讓人來了就不想走。
尤其要提李鳳蓮阿姨，每天總能看到她忙碌的身影，無論何時，總是關切的問我們的吃住情況，耐心講解周邊玩法，像家裡長輩一樣親切，慈祥，那份樸實的熱絡讓人心裏發暖。
還有前台的美女管家，無論有任何需要她都第一時間趕到，還有負責打掃衞生的大姐，每次見到都笑意盈盈，任何需求都第一時間響應。
所有服務人員接觸間都是細水長流的周到。
正是這些具體的温暖，讓這趟慢旅行不止有湖光山色的治癒，更多了份被用心對待的踏實——就像住進了一位熟人家的院子，連離別時都忍不住回頭説句“下次還來～”

PpocketsunshineWe went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.

GGuest UserWhen I first walked in, the front desk staff said they'd upgraded me and asked me to give them a good review. I said yes! But I was so disappointed! (I don't know why, but over the past two years, whenever I've been told they've upgraded my room, there's always a bunch of issues. Is it really an upgrade?) The first room had a smell, but the one I got was odorless!
Amenities: The phone wasn't working, the curtains were almost ripped, and the towels were frayed from washing – shouldn't they be replaced? The shower head 🚿 was also a pleasant surprise, and the TV was also a pleasant surprise – you'll see!
Cleanliness: Take a close look at the curtains! I won't comment on anything else!
Ambience: Overall, it was okay. Not my style, but I'm not too picky. However, the room wasn't soundproof, and I was woken up by my neighbor! 😞
Service: I booked the room for two reasons: the Vienna brand and the late check-out service. Check-out is at 2:00 PM, and I usually leave on time. I received a call at 12:07 PM asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I was already woken up by the noise, but this made it even more frustrating!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel when I came to Huailai, and this time it felt like it was going downhill. The hotel is so large and has been open for a long time; the equipment should be gradually replaced and updated. The air conditioner is old, noisy, and can't be adjusted manually. The quality and variety of breakfast have declined rapidly. The service was rather curt. It's summer, and everyone needs plenty of water, but the hotel only provides regular bottled water. I called around 8 PM to request delivery, they promised, but no one delivered it. More than an hour later, I went to the front desk to ask why. They told me they only provide two bottles a day, and any more would cost 5 yuan per bottle. I asked, ”What kind of bottled water is that expensive?” Does the hotel not make its profit from bottled water? They later agreed to deliver one bottle, but it still hadn't arrived by 10 PM. I called the front desk again, and they said it had been delivered. I said, ”If it's delivered, why would I need to call?” The front desk then told me to contact the delivery department. Does the hotel really need its own staff to handle internal issues? This is the first time I've ever been so annoyed! Of course, I understand that hotels have their rules, but they can't be unrealistic. In summer, when people drink more water, there should be adjustments or measures in place (I don't know if the hotel has such a rule; if so, it might be for cost management convenience). However, if this affects customer needs or leaves customers with no choice, I believe the hotel isn't trying to sell bottled water, and customers aren't asking for more. What problem does this reflect in the hotel? I hope the management understands this. Also: please pay attention to the issue of smoking control in indoor public areas.
