It was a day when a cold wave hit, and there was no hot water halfway through the shower at night. The two of them were covered in foam, and they could only grit their teeth and quickly rinse it away with cold water. I sent a message to this B&B through this website, but got no response. So when I checked out the next day, I met the B&B housekeeper (as she called herself). She was polite, but the answer I received was to ask why we didn't contact them by phone or add a line. Also because she claimed to be the housekeeper of the B&B and explained that she would discuss it with the owner before replying to me. It has been two days and there is still no reply to my messages on the website. If this is the way things are handled, it shows no integrity to me at all. I just want to remind the owners here that if they need to contact you by phone or line, they should inform you when you check in. I used this platform to book a room today, and I will use this platform to contact you. I believe this will protect both parties.

The service is good. The room is clean and tidy. The space is large without feeling oppressive. The air conditioner and bathroom ventilation are good 👍🏻 If you need it, you can store your luggage in advance, which is very good

The children upstairs are very loud, and the sound insulation is not very good. Other than that, everything is good. It is clean and sanitary, and the security is also very good. All doors and windows have locks, but there are no restaurants nearby.

When I arrived at the B&B on the first day, I felt pretty good. It was about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are only three parking spaces at the door. The open space next to it belongs to someone else and is covered with stones. If you come back later, you will have to go outside to find a parking space. The second night, really, I don’t know what is going on upstairs! There was constant banging and banging. Even at 12 o'clock in the evening, the sound upstairs was still very loud. I felt that the sound insulation was not very good. I want to contact the B&B operator, but no one is on duty at night, so I don’t know who to contact. The most important thing is that the pillow is very hard and high. I slept there for two nights and had a stiff neck for two nights. It was really painful! Everyone in the family had stiff necks and it was very painful to sleep! Overall, the environment is okay and the equipment is good, but the pillows and sound insulation are really not good!
