和朋友相約去問梅村玩、晚上趕到黃梅縣城住，找到這家漢庭酒店，位置很不錯，我們住的七樓，環境非常好，服務也好，性價比不錯，早餐真的不錯，特別是當地特色味道好，廚師還耐心教我們怎麼做，哈哈回家去試試[呲牙]

房間乾淨衞生，舒適度高，整體感受非常棒，讓我有家的温馨和自在，前台小姐姐服務很好很熱情，服務態度服務意識非常棒，酒店設施齊全看着大氣，整體配套的酒店用品也很齊全，交通便利，第一次來這邊，前台很貼心的告訴我哪裡有好吃的店，哪裡有適合帶小朋友去玩，怎麼去比較方便，真的很推薦

酒店環境很舒適， 床品乾淨齊全，前台的小姐姐很服務熱情還幫我免費升級了房型，並且送了一份早餐卷讓我體驗一下這邊的早餐，晚上我衣服袖子脱線了，打電話到前台，幾分鐘就用機器人把針線包送過來了，選擇這家酒店準沒錯的!

酒點環境特別好，前台小姐姐服務超級好，我急着退房沒有時間吃早餐，小姐姐連忙去餐廳幫忙打包一些東西，讓我拿着路上吃，真的感覺非常暖心，有種家的感覺，住了這麼多酒點。很少有服務這麼貼心為顧客着想的，下次有機會過來一定還會選擇這裏。

在我父親住院的這段艱難時期、我深感疲憊和焦慮、每一餐對我來説都至關重要、因為直接關係到我能否保持足夠的精力去照顧他長者家、本想每天早上打包點吃的去醫院、餐廳大姐很為難的説這個要跟領導反饋一下、結果沒過一會一個姐姐過來説早餐可以打包衹要長者家喜歡吃、如果不嫌棄他們員工餐也可以一起吃、讓我這個離鄉多年的人真心覺的我的家鄉人美心善、姐姐也是個性情中人、總誇我有孝心、他們的熱心和耐心、讓我深深感受到酒店對客人的真誠關懷。關鍵時刻展現了人性化的服務。讓我難以忘懷！
