The man at the front desk was as friendly and helpful as any front desk person I’ve ever encountered. He was absolutely charming. My only complaint is the bed was very hard. But I took all the pillows off the chair next to the bed and made it work. I would go back just because of how nice the service was. And the location to the train station was fantastic.

Staff picked me up from and sent me to the train station despite me not having prior arrangements and the last minute call on the Trip.com app. Room was clean and had the essentials.

Probably the best homestay we had during our 3 weeks in china. The host Alex is speaking very good English which makes conversation easy and is super supportive. The room was super quiet and very well organised and spotless. It is super convenient if you're arriving late or departing early from huangshanbei station which is 10min away walking. And even better, soon a metro will be link the station to the mountain! Thanks a lot to Alex and family for all the advise.

Absolutely great staff and ownership. Extremely helpful and friendly. Pickup at train station was easy and on-time.

The service by Alex was outstanding, he speaks English and picked me up from the train station and drove me again on the way back, he also showed me the way to downtown by bus (only 1¥) and even helped me calling my following hotel to help me with the pick-up because they didn't speak English. He also arranged a driver to share a ride up to the cable car station of Huangshan

If there is a room available: take it. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is very friendly, speaks English very well and is extremely committed to make your stay pleasant. He helped us a lot with organising our hike and served us breakfast very early in the morning. The hotel is walking distance from the train station, nevertheless the owner will come fetch you and take you to the train station if you ask him. The area itself has not much to offer, but there are many restaurants and you can easily get around by public transportation or Didi. The Hotel was comfortable and clean, exactly as displayed in the photos. I highly recommend this place!

I stayed here with my parents before our trip to Huangshan. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet, and the owner Alex was super helpful, he helped as arrange everything starting from dinner in a hotel to luggage storage and transfer to the mountain. Worry-free experience. Strongly recommend :)

The owner offers transportation from the railway station to hotel.  You just have to call upon arrival. He will also give you valuable advice about the local area.  Very polite, courteous, and professional.  Great value for the money.

Walking distance from Huangshanbei high speed railway station. Great interior. Various restaurants and shops nearby. Few km away Xixinan ancient village.

Convenience location. Clean and hot shower works well. Host is extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Excellent location. Less than 2 minutes drive from the train station. And great service, the owner volunteered to drive us to the train station. My suggestion for the hotel：提供质量高点和厚点的毛巾。
