Hotel is located not far away from the Huangshan Scenic Area Transfer Centre (about 15 to 20 minutes walk). Hotel provides a complimentary bus transfer service in the morning to bring you there. There are food places very close to the hotel. The hotel also has an in-house Huangshan tour guide to offer advice on planning the trip up to Huangshan. The room had a faint but detectable smell of cigarettes from previous users. The hotel also has a room of several washing machines, which are free for hotel guests to use.

非常好的一次入住體驗，帶客户到黃山，選擇酒店選了很久，貴的便宜的都看了很多，很糾結，最後選來選去，最終篩選出這一家，滿足了我們所有的需求。前台服務特貼心，老闆很熱情，對人很和善，房間也非常的乾淨，因為是新裝修的，衞生打掃的很乾凈，不用擔心，很多東西都很新，而且，酒店的位置非常的好，出行很方便，離景區換乘中心步行幾分鐘就到，算是正中心的位置了!樓下的一品軒徽菜味道不錯，還給打折真**了，比其它地方吃的徽菜好多了，值得入住，實在是入住體驗太好，下次還會去住!

酒店的環境舒適，房間內乾淨整潔，工作人員的服務態度也是非常熱情，從酒店到景區換乘中心還有專車免費接送，真的很貼心！退房時落了東西在房間，服務員第一時間給我送來，這是我近期旅遊住宿體驗感最棒的一次了，下次有機會再來黃山還會選擇星程，真的是超級超級棒！！！

第一次入住星程，這麼優惠的價格原以為很普通，結果到了之後發現酒店各方面都非常好，房間乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台小姐姐的服務非常貼心，非常滿意，房間住着很安心，第二天上山在酒店吃的自助早餐也很豐富，真的是入住首選！還有一點就是酒店隔壁的徽菜館，味道真的棒極了，極力推薦！

五一後去的，人相對來説少了很多，多了一份安靜！酒店性價比非常高，前台人員非常的好，能夠安排的妥妥的！房間很安靜，因為給我安排的是靠後的，睡了一個美美的覺，為登山補充了體力！酒店飯菜很好吃，特別推薦！早餐也很好！非常喜歡！

前台非常的熱情好客，人也很漂亮哦！跟朋友一行首次來到黃山，對黃山充滿滿滿的期待！周邊很方便！酒店有個餐廳，做徽菜，味道很不錯，特別是臭鱖魚，自己醃製的，走的時候我還帶了幾條！房間很大，店長親自接待，非常友好！下次還會再來！
