房間很新、乾淨、舒適！當天公司訂的標間，帶着四個月嬰兒不方便，前台小姐姐幫忙升級換了大床房，讓人感覺很温馨！第二天也續住了，以後每次回來都會住這家酒店！

這次入住感覺一點都不好，被套上面有血漬沒有清洗乾淨，好好的心情瞬間下頭，雖然後麪工作人員有來更換新的被套，但是這麼大的酒店讓人體驗感很一般，太明顯了

在市中心、交通便利，房間寬敞，床上用品很舒服，水温水壓都很好，智能小度語音控制很方便，房間送的水果味道不錯、還有酸奶，早餐廳品種挺多，當地的豆皮很好吃。酒店的服務很用心，為我們詳細介紹當地景區情況，近期的天氣情況，提醒我們開車要慢行，特別細心。下次有機會到恩施，還會選擇這裏。贊……

真是很愉快的一次入住體驗，由於訂錯房型，前台工作人員主動為我換了房間，酒店設備設施都很新很乾凈，智能控制特別方便。設計也是簡約舒適風，每天都送有水果，酒店位於市中心，交通很便利，服務人員都很熱情友善，有任何問題都會及時幫忙處理解決，還特別為我推薦了當地的旅遊景區，近幾天天氣不太好，還給提示了自駕的安全提示，真的很用心。真心推薦大家選擇這家酒店，能感受到是很認真的在為客人打造良好的入住體驗。

房間裝飾很好，主題鮮明，卧室內有投影設備，看電視很方便! 地理位置優越，附近是超市，前台服務態度超讚!房間全新精裝配套齊全， 住的非常舒服，房間衞生乾淨整潔周邊全是小吃店非常方便，超市也很多 下次還會再來入住。

酒店地理位置很好，就在交叉路段，出行特別方便；一進大廳很温馨很舒服，前台很是熱情，由於訂錯房型，服務員給直接升級了房型，真實特別好。客房乾淨衞生，衞生間洗浴間乾濕分離，房間智能客控系統很是方便，每天都有送水果酸奶；特別用心。有地下車庫，距離土司城、女兒城大概十分鐘左右，對面就有美食街、商場很是方便，真心值得推薦！

設施:設施方面挺不錯的，智能化的，還有洗衣房，很方便。
環境:酒店屬於輕奢風，打聽後得知是老酒店重新裝修的蠻不錯。酒店隔壁有條美食街，很多好吃的哦！！
衞生:房間衞生很乾凈，每天阿姨都有主動打掃房間，特別仔細。
服務:酒店前台服務很不錯，主動、熱情。我們是中午到的酒店，本來計劃下午直接去女兒城，前台小哥哥推薦我們先去土司城，然後再去逛女兒城，建議我們在女兒城用晚餐，看完當地表演在到酒店，特別細緻。
總之是特別不錯的酒店，有機會會再來的！！！

提前一週就在選擇酒店了，看了好幾家最後選擇的怡和，酒店服務員很熱情，特意推薦更加優惠的平台讓我們預訂，非常感謝。
酒店客房是智能化的，很方便。隔壁就是美食街，晚上宵夜特別方便。
這次是路過恩施休息一晚，按計劃還得趕路，下次有機會一定到恩施玩幾天，還住這家酒店！
