Hotel was very nice and the location good. The room was very clean and modern. But in this hotel Nobody śpiewaj English and don't have international visa card machine.

因去年已經入住過，感覺特別特別棒，這次路過宜昌又訂了二天，酒店在沿江大道靠江邊一座高檔乾淨時尚的寫字樓15樓，一進酒店大廳首先入眼的是洋氣時尚能看到長江的大廳和前台所有小美女們熱情温暖貼心的笑臉，真的很温暖，謝謝酒店給我配的貼心小管家清梔小美女，每天早晚問候我們，讓我們休息防曬注意休息，很耐心給我們解決一切問題，真的很暖心，謝謝你小管家清梔，早餐環境特別棒品種特別豐盛，地下停車場乾淨舒適，離開酒店時前台所有的小美女服務員門和迎客小美女週週還給我送了當地特產和超喜歡的大娃娃，週週還貼心的祝福我們一路平安，把我們送入電梯，真的為酒店你們的服務點贊，值得推薦給入住！超讚！

震撼！！！，270°無敵江景坐覽！客房清掃得非常乾淨；設施設備很好使；洗護用品高大上；房間舒適，床鋪柔軟舒適，個人感覺就是枕頭稍軟 但不妨礙睡得很舒服；浴室也很乾凈整潔，下水無異味。順便感謝貼心的管家牛小靚！ 還會再來。

酒店的餐飲體驗和環境都十分的讓我滿意，前台接待牛小靚態度友好，奉上了暖心茶飲。環境方面，酒店內部裝潢精美，充滿時尚的氣息。洗衣房健身房都是免費使用的，停車也很方便，也挺好找的呀！
