Exceptional in every way. If you can swing it, definitely make a reservation to stay.

Staff is friendly and great hospitality I expected Deluxue River View has a corner balcony as pictures, so I was disappointed... however, very good hospitality and breakfast was great even though they don't have much variety ! Night view was beautiful Spa was super 👌 Therapist lever is super high and love small and cozy atmosphere I should ask her name she was the best in my life Sauna was clean and helped me to get warm in chilly rain day

Amazing place to stay, overlooking the Perfume River and just minutes from the important landmarks in Vietnam

It is a testimony of history. Every detail is great, including the service. It is hidden in the city on the other side of the ancient city. If you say it is "old", then "old" is its highlight. Artdec can be seen everywhere. The special classrooms on the second floor have a history at every door. Literature and time live together The service is very good, not excessive, but you can feel comfortable. I upgraded the room type and saw the river view. The spa price is very good. It's more than 300 and it's worth a try.

Guests use hot water using solar energy. When we arrived, it was rainy and cold January in Hue so there was no hot water for bathing. It is so awful!

The best location in Hue, well-educated English speaking staff, if the reception was crowded with French customers, the reception was closed while I was drinking tea on the sofa in the waiting room, I received the key and was shown to the room. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a veranda overlooking the Perfume River through palm trees. Welcome lychee, eat nuts and take a rest. The restaurant has excellent hospitality and food, certainly more expensive than Hue's average, but pleasant conversation with the chief of the hall staff and ordering according to their advice. The food is good and the wine is nice, nothing to say. I was treated to the best of my wife. After returning to the room, you can enjoy a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, watching the illuminated royal palace and flags over the Perfume River, and spend a relaxing time until sleep. Best hotel for seniors.

The hotel is quite beautiful and the service staff are very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Art Deco style hotel across the river from the Imperial City. We stayed in a Superior Double with River View which had a balcony with a lovely view across the Perfume River. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. The gym was very well equipped. We dined in the hotel on the first night and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful although if arranging a taxi tour it’s probably better value to use Grab than book at reception. Would recommend this hotel if staying in Hue.

The BEST hotel in Hue.The location is not far from The Imperial City but also quite and relaxing.There is an old world charming through out the hotel.All staffs are super friendly.And the restaurant is good with a nice view. There was a technical problem with our room.Although we were upsetted, we fully understood that it wasn't anyone's fault.But Ms.Tran Thi Minh Tam took extra care of us.She's a magician who turned an upsetted beginning into an unforgettable happy ending.She and her team made us regret that our stay was too short.And want to stay at more Azerai hotels.

This is my second time coming here. Thanks for welcoming us. Fantastic place to stay, friendly, helpful staff, turndown service is wonderful. Breakfast is not too much but good quality , I love it. I will comeback and would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it . The hotel being the old French government building is very stylish and elegant . We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and river . The hotel has a lovely spa and a well equipped gym . Food in the hotel was good although we found the chair uncomfortable. The hotel is well situated too . The team running the hotel were superb being friendly and helpful all the time . We visited a number of local sites such as the citidal

This is a lovely hotel located on the Perfume River opposite The Citadel. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has a beautiful pool and an excellent spa. I had one of the best massages ever by Trang. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the dining room is very pleasant. All of the staff were very helpful and gracious.

Very good, professional and relaxing massage and nice girl, 60 minutes oil massage the name is Tan at the Atzerai hotel. Nice ambient, Tan has a good hands and the pressure of massage was as I ask, so definitely I had a very good massage and so I recommend.
