Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

Not far from Hue Imperial City, the traffic is convenient. The hotel is decorated in an atmospheric style and the furnishings of the rooms are very exotic. The rooms are clean and quiet from the veranda overlooking the Perfume River over the palm trees. Take a break with welcome lychee and nuts. The restaurant is the best hospitality and food, certainly expensive from the average of Hue, but it is an order according to the hall staff chief and the advice. The food is good and the wine is good. I had the best hospitality to my wife. After returning to the room, you can spend a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, looking at the royal palace and flag lit up over the Perfume River, and spending time without saying anything until your rest. It was the best hotel for the elderly.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The building itself is beautiful, the interior is stunning and the staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful artwork on the walls, huge high ceilings with chandeliers, all furnished with beautiful taste. We were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful. The whole experience from start to finish is first class. Literally a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is a minute's walk from river where you can walk through a park alongside the river to walk into town.

Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

Although it is not on the main street, the path to enter is very short, the floor tiles are very flat, and the environment is very clean, unlike many small Vietnamese alleys. After entering the door, the check-in was quick, the front desk was enthusiastic, neat and thoughtful! While waiting to be processed, we will provide free delicious juices and fruits, ask if you need to book a drop-off service, and deliver your luggage to your room first. After you finish eating, you will be sent to your room, and a particularly detailed and tidy map will be provided, suggesting your travel route according to your schedule, and telling all attractions the opening time. There is another fruit in the room! The room is not too big but it is enough, the decoration is very elegant and exquisite, and the sanitation level is no exaggeration to say that it is a five-star level, which is the best among so many hotels in Vietnam. The soundproofing of the room is very good. The room opposite to me is the SPA room. No noise was heard all day. Eat breakfast the next day, the locomotive is scheduled to arrive, and I will remind you on time. The breakfast is also very good. The waiter will take the initiative to ask you to choose Hue rice noodles or Western-style omelettes, as well as tea, milk or coffee. The location is also great! It’s only a 35-minute walk from the area where there are many cafes and restaurants, and the surrounding area is very delicious. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the imperial city, and the taxi is very cheap. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam! Full marks! A nice little Hotel upon a Bar. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was not that noisy. Our room was cleaned daily and we liked it a lot that they try to reduce plastic!! The host was very friendly and answered all our questions and helped us with information around the city. The walking street is not far away and you can reach nice Cafés and Restaurants in a few minutes walk. So it‘s a very good place to stay!

Listening to locals said this is not the most noisy, the hotel by the river will be more exaggerated, I can't imagine it. The rooms are not large. The hotel has been in operation for about 7 years, so the facilities are relatively old. Although the cleaning is ok, but it may not feel clean. Breakfast was good and the restaurant on the top floor, one of the highest hotels in the area, had a good view.

This hotel has been a life saver to us. It is the second time we stay there and we honestly enjoy going back. The best balance out there as regards price-amenities. Its location is great, not only is it in Hue which we use like a stop over place while travelling between Da Nang and other places in Vietnam, but it is also situated on the river bank. In the morning you can have your breakfast while watching the boats sail out from the banks of the river next to the hotel. Highly recommended. We will be going back.
