Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

We seemed to have had a very different experience from everyone else. I know Mrs Trinh won’t like this review and despite her constantly grabbing my arm and telling me everything was ok, is was not. She may view me as a difficult woman but I am very well travelled, used to live in Asia and I can only tell the truth from what we experienced. I asked before we arrived, if possible, we would like a high floor or top floor room - oh how I wish I hadn’t asked. I take responsibility for asking for the top floor but regardless they shouldn’t give out substandard rooms and especially not at the price they charged. We arrived after 10pm, to find Mrs Trinh shouting at a member of staff and turning to us, telling us he was giving her big problems as he has given away the top floor room. We were then made to wait while they woke some poor person up and made them move, which made us very uncomfortable. When we finally got in the room it was truly horrible. Tiled from ceiling to floor it felt like sleeping in a public toilet. The sink plumbing wasn’t connected and poured all over the floor and you had to hold the shower in your hand as the wall attachment was broken and room did not feel clean. The balcony was literally one foot wide, so forget about sitting on it and the door didn’t lock. There was no view anyway. The sheets were stained and had a hole in. If we had paid the normal £10-15 maybe it was all fair enough but because of the public holiday we were charged £45 !!!!!! No where else in Vietnam did we suffer such a price hike. Our next hotel in Hoi An was glorious with a pool and was £12 whilst still in the public holiday period. We asked to move the next day and had a better room but checked out a day early. If you pay £10-15 fair enough but whatever you do, don’t ask for the top floor. I suspect it might be staff accommodated, if not, waking up a paying guest late at night and making them move is unacceptable. Truthfully our worse hotel experience in Vietnam and we moved on a day early.

Pleasant stay in a small lane near vibrant cafe and restaurant area of Hue. Staff really looked after us, especially when my partner was sick, taking drinks and breakfast to the rooom. Good breakfasts you choose from a menu. Loved the banana and mango smoothie and honey pancakes! Accomodation was pleasant- a balcony, separate partitions for shower, toilet and wash basin was convenient for 2 people. Separate kitchen/dining area and a laundry with washing machine/dryer, good for long stays. There is a popular cafe at the end of the lane. Try the crème Brûlée coffee! The front desk helped with tour information and local shops. Highly recommend staying here.

All staff are dedicated, friendly and attentive. The design and colors inside the hotel are very elegant. The location of the hotel is convenient, the city view is very beautiful. There are many very good services attached: lunch for the family, cafe right at the Hotel, order food to the room. PS: the front desk staff is very cute

Place simply recommended. I can just tell you that our stay was so good that we doubled here our time in Hue. Room: We took a deluxe double room, which had a king bed and bath tube. In real the room seems a bit smaller than in picture, but spaces are ok and there is a shelf where you can store your belongings. Bed is stable and very comfortable. As complimentary you have every day water, instant coffee (with condensed milk, better than standard nescafe) and a small snack. Cleaning: Room clearance consist also of towels and bed sheet changing. The bathroom kit includes toothbrushes, comb and cotton buds. We stayed many days and the room was always really sparkling spotless. Staff: the girls at the front desk (Ruby, Tho, Sarah and Hoa) are exemplary: always welcoming with a smile, kind and ready to help. They truly treat us as family ＜3 Also the guys from the night shift are nive and always kind.

The lovely owner Quy and his wife absolutely bent over backwards to look after me during my stay here. A few examples: I couldn’t find a DMZ tour that was running, so Quy organised a trip with a friend of his by private car for a very reasonable price. I bought a bus ticket to Hoi An and the bus company rang the hotel to cancel- by the time I found out about it, the owners had already been on the phone trying to find me an alternative. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Quy and your lovely family for making me so welcome. I should also say that the room was lovely and extremely clean, plus it was in a great location. I would recommend Canary Boutique to anyone but particularly solo travelers as the level of care I got here absolutely floored me. Would give them 11/10 if I could!

Ancient Hue Garden Houses & French Villas were stunning and a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a French Villa that was beautiful with attention to every detail - the photos online don't do it justice. The staff were VERY attentive, genuinely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The pool and surrounds were tranquil. The restaurant was exceptional service, beautiful decor and good food. Highly recommend staying here!

The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is dark in the suburbs, and there is not even a supermarket. The soundproofing of the room was so poor that people outside the door spoke as if they were inside the room. The hotel opened not long ago and is relatively new, but the central air-conditioning cooling effect is too poor. The air conditioner was turned on all day long, and the temperature was set at 20 degrees. When I came back at night, the room was still not very cold. The control panel installed on the wall is not fussy and is loose when pressed. The hotel is not cost-effective

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay.
