外面美好而已。其實酒店內部，打開衣櫃門，裏面全是亂七八糟的毛巾被毯。根本沒有清潔換洗的。太噁心，不好的。而且這個店都不知道換第幾個名字了。註冊一家公司掛牌一個民宿，投訴太多之後又跟換名字。不好的，別上當，萬科裏面太多這種假民宿

房間邋遢，臟。另外服務態度很差。訂單沒確認好，我連續訂了兩天的服務員以為我住一天，第二天晚上了才問我“你還沒退房嗎”，我想溝通清楚，對方搞清楚我定兩晚之後直接三次通話都掛斷我電話，態度很差，後面我回房間發現密碼被改了，他們居然檢查房間之後改了密碼沒告訴我，打電話過去跟我説已經下班讓我自己下樓找前台。無語。
