About clean - all furniture ; shelf, cupboard, kitchen and etc… was clean but except floor, the floor was very dusty, was disgusting to walk barefoot, we were need to wear flip-flops ☹️ everywhere ver you go in the room, was pretty inconvenient

Nice hotel, new building, located in a quiet place. A little bit far from the Sea. Nice view form the balcony above all from the rooms located on the high floors. Breakfast Chinese style, just few choices for Western breakfast. Free parking place for a car and slow charging pile for electric car, very convenient.

We liked our stay here. It’s not in a convenient area. We waited for more than an hour to get a taxi/ride/didi on different platforms. The lady from the reception was helpful as well. The “gym” is really small. No room to move really; 2-3 people in that room at most, otherwise you’ll bump into each other. The views are nice and it’s close to the beach too. We had their set lunch menu, it was okay. Their eggs was really good.

Spacious and well equipped rooms. Booked seaview, but its the hotel is behind other buildings. Bathtub would be suitable.

The hotel is very close to the beach. Except for the inconvenient water heater for bathing, the rest is pretty good. There is a convenience store and food stalls downstairs, which is very convenient for dining. The beaches in Huizhou are so beautiful. I want to stay a few more days next time.

I stayed in a sea view room and the view outside the hotel was very nice. Overall, the stay is cost-effective. The room is clean and tidy, and the room and balcony are large. The hotel breakfast is okay, but there is less variety. It's a 5-minute walk from the beach, but the quality of the sand nearby is average. It's recommended to go to Lion Island, which is 20 kilometers away. The sunset there is very beautiful.

The room was nice and the environment was good, and it was hygienic, but the breakfast was not that good. Some of the people who checked in were not good enough. They opened the door, hit my car and ran away.

Other services are very good, but I don’t know who answered the Ctrip customer service phone number. They asked me to add WeChat, but they blocked me directly because I didn’t have cash to book. This is really unheard of.

I didn’t even clean the glass windows. I chose a hotel with a view of the sea. I haven’t even cleaned them yet. There are marks all over them. I’m really speechless. I can’t distinguish my selling point. It took a long time to add a quilt to it. It took a long time to call. After urging again, a quilt cover was sent to me... It was better than nothing, but the after-sales service was very good, and I would help mail it if I left something behind.

The hotel is relatively new and the overall price/performance ratio is good. It is backed by a mountain and faces the sea. It is convenient to drive. You can walk across the road to the beach after leaving the hotel.

The check-in experience was terrible, it is recommended to choose carefully. This is not like a hotel, but an aparthotel. 1. The sound insulation is poor. After the balcony door on this floor is closed firmly, the sound of opening and closing the balcony door upstairs can be clearly heard on my floor. You can also hear people walking upstairs. 2. The elevator experience is very poor, small and slow. 3. The phone in the room is a decoration. When calling the switchboard/guest room front desk, it always says "The number you dialed is incorrect." 4. The hotel swimming pool has been under maintenance and is not open. 5. One of the wash cups was broken. When I asked the hotel for a cup, they said they didn’t have any and asked us to use disposable cups.
