MY LOFT Light Luxury Hotel

I originally booked two 2-bedroom apar**ents and stayed there for 2 days. When I arrived, the room was not cleaned properly. They helped me change to a 4-bedroom apar**ent, which was pretty good! It would be great if we could arrange a room closer to the beach. You can enjoy the sea view and fireworks without going downstairs.

The room is very comfortable and the kids had a lot of fun. This time I came with my friends to have a baby. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the morning. I will come again next time.

The room is large in size. It is located in a community. Before checking in, you need to contact the front desk to get the password to enter. It has two bedrooms and two living rooms. The sound insulation is good and the room is relatively clean. It is quite comfortable to stay. I will book it again next time if I need it!

A very bad check-in experience. The store's handling of the problem was very negative and evasive. I originally booked this hotel for a friend during the National Day holiday. When I made the reservation, it was clearly stated on the platform that the room was 60 square meters, and there were pictures. However, when I chatted with my friend later, I found that the room type I checked in did not match the reservation at all. The actual room was only 20- It looked like 30 square meters, so we confirmed with the store. What was disappointing was that the store basically didn't reply to messages, had a very negative attitude, avoided our questions, and didn't give us a reasonable explanation. We went to take pictures of the actual room 3-721 we stayed in and ignored it (you can go and see the room area in person, it is not 60 square meters at all). The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the environment is elegant, the swing is fun, and you can see the sea from the balcony. It is economical and cost-effective, and the design is great. I like it very much!
