good to stay but still a bit far away from west lake, need to take taxi.

There was a cigarette smell everywhere, no refrigerator in the room, no restaurant for dinner at the hotel or near the hotel, difficult to get in and out by car. Nobody spoke a decent English.a complete disappointment

The exterior of hotel is not aesthetically beautiful. The bedrooms are well appointed n clean. The location is in the middle of a village. Hard to get a taxi. Staff are not well trained especially the breakfast staff. The cook at egg station prepared over fried eggs and is not happy to cook to order. Service staff clears freshly brewed coffee left on the dining table when one goes to get other items. Very wasteful. Will not go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is well located at walking distance from the lake and some scenery spots. The front desk staff are super efficient and friendly. Check-in was done quickly and without any of the usual problems foreigners find at some hotels. The rooms are modern, clean and with good quality noise isolation. Comfortable beds and decent amenities. The breakfast is average. Good place for a couple of days in Huizhou downtown.

Speaking of service, there are people with crutches in the same group. Although there is no wheelchair provided, red plastic stools are provided for convenient bathing. Warm reminders are given many times that the road is slippery in rainy days. Breakfast is provided with various Chinese and Western meals.
