Perfect!!!

The host was a very kind and courteous gentleman trying his best to accommodate us in ways possible for him because we don't speak Mandarin and he doesn't speak English. He helped set up the address for food delivery app as well since the app works in Mandarin. That way we were able to order food on Meituan. The location is excellent offering excellent views of the sea front. The condominium has a direct access to the beach and we had a good time. It was extremely cold out of the blue for just those 3-4 days of December since an additional cold wave was sweeping across southern China during our stay at that place. The heater component of one of the ACs was not as efficient as the second AC but overall it was a great experience. Besides this small issue we had a great time. He was helpful enough to provide us with additional quilts as a result. We needed an extension for check out. It came at a reasonable cost and as a result we had more time and very happy with his services as well since it gave us some flexibility to check-out and head back to our destination more leisurely.

Everything was perfect. Close to the beach. Nice bar nearby.

Bed not comfortable. scenery is very good. its not easy to locate the place.

We arrived at night and it was raining heavily on the road. After we arrived at the garage, the key came and took us upstairs directly. We checked in quickly, which was very convenient. The beach is downstairs, and it only took a few minutes to get there with the kids. At noon, because the kids were playing in the sand so happily, they didn't go home until 11:30. The housekeeper thoughtfully delayed our check-out until 1:00. Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to visiting Xiaojing Bay next time.

Maybe there was an extra room, so the housekeeper upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment✌️ It was very convenient to have a housekeeper, you can ask anything🙋 Parking instructions were also very convenient, but the parking fee was a bit expensive The room was clean and tidy The sea view was particularly good It would be better if the weather was better haha

High-rise sea view, wide view, convenient room check-in, service staff also picked up the car in the basement at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel has complete toiletries, clean and sanitary, friendly and thoughtful service attitude, and recommended restaurants to us, but we came after eating and left the next day, so the recommendation is not necessary~~ The overall environment of the community is elegant, comfortable and cozy, and it is a pretty good value for money among apartment B&Bs~ By the way, the balcony layout is a little surprise, and the children had a great time

Came to Xiaojing Bay for vacation, and fell in love with the decoration style of this room at first sight. It has a bit of Nanyang rural style. The furniture and environment inside are very new. The service is very good. The store owner came to pick us up in person. Parking is very convenient. The parking lot is downstairs and the elevator goes directly to the room. It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach. It is very close. The room facilities are very complete, spacious and comfortable

The house is nice, the housekeeper is nice, but the price is too expensive. Ctrip is hundreds more expensive than other platforms. Because I booked it in a hurry, I didn't compare much. After the review, I uninstalled Ctrip. Hahaha, I will never use it again.

The surrounding environment is very good, with a first-line sea view and a super large balcony. The view overlooking the entire bay from the balcony is superb. The apartment facilities are quite complete, but there is a lack of kitchen equipment. The housekeeper is very considerate and helped us get a rice cooker. Disposable bowls and chopsticks can be bought downstairs, but it is still troublesome to cook by yourself. There are many restaurants around, so it is better to eat out!
