The upstairs was being renovated and it started to get very noisy at around 8am. I couldn't sleep at all and the problem couldn't be solved even after calling the front desk.

False advertising, including the wardrobe and toilet area is less than 23 square meters. Including the bay window area is no more than 25 square meters.
