遊覽珍寶島入住的。有點小驚喜，這個酒店真的很不錯啊。乾淨利落有檔次，性價比很高，服務貼心熱情，在本地應該是比較好的了。點贊。

咋説呢，小城市的原因再加上東北，服務意識上沒發展起來，房間早上就掛着請即打掃的牌，一天回來也沒見收拾。連續兩天換布草的牌子放在床上，服務員權當沒看見，甚至是留了小紙條都不管用。跟前台反應也沒啥效果，實在無語了。整體衞生條件一般般，收拾的也不是很乾凈，早餐的黃麪味道不錯，但也衹是第一天供應第二天就沒貨了 體驗不太好

在虎林這個地方，這家花園酒店就算是不錯的啦，新開業酒店，裝修也還不錯，和後面的商住房小區是同一個開發商老闆，設備設施和設計理念遠超本地同業，停車場挺大車位充裕，服務態度也不錯，有要求可以積極迴應，要是早餐質量和品種再提升一下就更好了。作為虎林酒店業的標桿，建議增加健身房和洗衣服務。

酒店環境優美房間面積挺大，衞生還可以，店前廣場超大，隨便停車，前台服務員不夠熱情而且瓶裝水衹給兩瓶還是小瓶的，再要水收費，這麼大酒店，淡季房費五百多，水還限量有點小氣

房間隔音，早上隔壁説話聽得是一清二楚， 服務員一早上在走廊裏嘰嘰喳喳。
關鍵我正在睡覺，不經過允許直接刷卡就進來了，説要打掃衞生！嚇**一跳！簡直是***，沒退房不知道？直接就打掃衞生？什麼管理，爛七八糟！就這破玩意趕緊關門算了。
