Bavaria Regent Hotel Hailar

After a long drive, I was a bit tired, but the front desk warmly upgraded me to an executive room, and I had a great rest during my two nights at the hotel. The shower had excellent water pressure, there was a bathtub, and the room was very clean, even including drip coffee. The only slightly awkward thing was that the electric kettle and tea set were inside a cabinet near the entrance. Every time I wanted hot water for tea, I had to open the cabinet door. Why not just remove the cabinet door and make it open-plan? The breakfast also offered a good variety and was delicious. "Ye Zi's" follow-up call made me feel well-cared for.

Traveled with my elderly parents and kids by car. Booked through Trip.com and even got a room upgrade. Overall, the facilities were good, and since it wasn't peak season yet, it was pretty good value for money. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive and very clean.

The staff are all very friendly, especially Yezi (Leaf), who helped us a lot. The breakfast also tastes good, and parking is convenient. It's a great hotel.

No one offered to help with our luggage, and there was a car parked in front of the entrance for a long time without anyone attending to it. The gym staff's attitude was also very stiff.
