This hotel was excellent in everything, the service was amazing the staff are very nice and professional everywhere is clean and sparkling.
I go to Elgona a lot but this place is the best for me.

The piazza restaurant is very delicious ! The staff members are very kind and attentive ! One of the staff members “Lotfi” is very kind, gentle and helpfull! He always ask if you need something and is very attentive to all your resquests. The hotel is impressive and clean! All the staff members are kind and helpfull. Amazing hotel !

Great hotel with very nice people who works 24/7 so you could feel relax! On volleyball I’ve injured my leg, Yahia give me fist medicine help! He always smiling, great worker, beach is very clean because of him! Playing with my kids! Huge respect🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

With "ELFWA" we had a very helpful and caring room service. He was always friendly and did his job to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was all in all good, even if a bit older. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was varied and delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Kirolos! The food is good and the location is very beautiful! The rooms are large and clean and have a beautiful view. The staff makes you feel like family and they are very hospitable. Thank you for this experience

Lovely hotel. Fatma, Moustafa and Mazen from animation team have made us feel very welcome and made it very fun! Lovely staff and very nice building and very clean. Magdy from bar and Mahet in restaurant have made us feel especially welcome!! Nice range of activities and wide range of buffet food and bar selection.
