"Over all the experience was fine however i think there is chance of improvement that can take the hotel to totally new level. Negative feedback: Rooms needs to be renewed for real and make it matching more with modern rooms, room have clear smell of old rotten clothes, but room service was still doing amazing job on cleaning the room and make it smell better , but once the air fragrance is done room smell back again, I don’t recommend first floor in the center for families with kids as literally so noisy and can keep hearing people keep going and coming and can wake up your baby, but i can only blame myself as i choose to be in center. The pools is nice but the Island resturant requests operations is weird Its called pool restaurant at the same time they ask you not to come wet and dont come from pool side directly to the restaurant!!! So why your making a ladder directly from pool to restaurant then ask guests not to use and go all around to to to the restaurant. I had an emergency and wanted the clinic as my son finger was hurt and went there and it was closed and not working with no time or schudele added in the door Lucky for me the resturant manager behind the clinic helped me out and got me some stuff to solve issue Thanks Mr Ahmed along with the pool boy. "We were checked in early. We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM and they immediately gave us a room with a garden view, which was very nice and neatly cleaned. "I gave it 95 points, afraid it would make him arrogant, plus two minor drawbacks: First, the bed was too soft, giving me back pain. Second, it was too far to the jetty, a 40-minute walk. There were 3 or 4 hotels in between; the Kempinski was on the far left, and the boardwalk was on the far right. There were four shuttle buses: the outermost one ran once an hour, the one along the seaside path ran once every half hour, and I had to walk about 90% of the way to catch one. Golf carts can be rented through an app, requiring a local phone number. Golf taxis cost $3 per trip and can be shared. The hotel is very close to the shopping street, Madu, which is great for shopping. The hotel was beautiful! The food was also excellent! It was the best meal I had in Egypt. Although it was a buffet, it wasn't perfunctory at all."

The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, the entire property is exceptionally well maintained, and the beach is simply stunning – one of the most beautiful we have experienced in Egypt. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what a perfect vacation should be. However, what truly makes this resort special is its people. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Ibrahim, one of the bartenders, whose attentiveness impressed us every single day. By the third day, he already remembered our favorite drinks and greeted us with a smile, asking if we would like "the usual." Small gestures like this make guests feel truly special and appreciated. We would also like to thank Yousria Reda, who welcomed and greeted us every day in the restaurant with a sincere smile. While booking this trip through trip.com, I selected 12 years for my younger daughter and two adults. I was supposed to pay 48 dollars at property for my child, surprisingly the reception asked me to pay some huge amount which is around 170 dollars, saying they will consider my daughter as an adult, as she is 12 years 3 months, we were tired, hungry, after travelling 5 hours by road, had to fight a lot for this, at last the manager considered and I paid the due amount only. If 12/13 years is considered as an adult, why trip is giving the option to select child till 17 years of age? Or I am not sure this is a trick of the hotel to earn more money?
