To be honest, I’ve been to this hotel before in 2015, was coming back with high hopes that it’s as amazing as it used to be, but this time was such a disappointment and terrible experience. And I’m sure me and my family and friends will never consider this hotel as an option again. On the forth day of our holidays, when we were checked in already for a while, they asked us to come to the reception and informed us that because of the company we booked the tour we had to leave the hotel immediately or to pay again for the whole 2 weeks room use. The guest relation Anastasia was very rude with us and was answering to the whole situation - it’s not our problem , we can’t do anything about it, you pay now or leave the hotel, just adding a note that it was near midnight hour when she was telling us to leave if we don’t pay them... Not ending with that , few days later, they again called us to the reception by informing that by ,we don’t know what criticism reasons, Latvian tourists has to pay more money for their rooms, although we already been there for a week when they decided to inform us about that. Luckily we are Latvians living in Ireland so we had to prove them by showing our documents that we are actually coming from Ireland. So if you are Latvian and coming for a holidays to Egypt, consider well if you are willing to come to this hotel, as there’s possibility you’ll be charged extra without any notice. Pretty disappointed about animation team as well, as you can barely see them at the beach and only at the pool. Although one good thing was beach restaurant guys, They took good care of people.
