Aladdin Beach Resort

Resort has everything you need to rest. Swimming pool, restaurants, bars, beaches, shops. Food is great. Everyone will find something for themself: barbecue, fish, soups. And best part is service. Those people are very nice, helpful and polite. Taxis are available, as city centre is quite a trip. However, there are shops opposite road. Trips to Luxor or Giza are available nearby or by Get your Guide. Usually no more than £25 per person. Don’t forget to visit Giftun island. Hot, sandy beaches with teal waters (trips includes snorkeling on the way and banana boat): cost less than £20 per person (food and drinks included so is equipment).

Hotel is clean, rooms are good and if something is out of order they send someone to fix it straight away, most of staff is great and helpful and working very hard. Unfortunately we weren't happy about reception- they definitely need more training. We were unlucky ones who was affected with FTI going bankrupt and 2 of 3 room bookings were affected from our group. We checked in and after 2 days we were called to reception at 8pm to be told that hotel didn't get paid for 2 rooms and we either pay now or move out. They weren't happy to wait till morning when bank transfer go through with our travel agency and demanded pay straight away. So literally wanted to leave us on the street during night. When we paid we thought it ended with that but ofcourse not. After 2 more days i got email from our agency that one of rooms will have extra charge as hotel is not happy that person has Latvian ID. We went to reception again were we provided irish driver license and eventually they were happy to take it and explained to us that hotel takes guests from Russia, Poland, Uk, Ireland. Never ever I heard that you need to pay extra because your nationality. Animation team compare to other hotels where i have been in Egypt are only at pool area and only interact with guest there forgetting about guests at beach area. However housekeeping staff, restaurant staff and bar staff are all fantastic and working very hard.

To be honest, I’ve been to this hotel before in 2015, was coming back with high hopes that it’s as amazing as it used to be, but this time was such a disappointment and terrible experience. And I’m sure me and my family and friends will never consider this hotel as an option again. On the forth day of our holidays, when we were checked in already for a while, they asked us to come to the reception and informed us that because of the company we booked the tour we had to leave the hotel immediately or to pay again for the whole 2 weeks room use. The guest relation Anastasia was very rude with us and was answering to the whole situation - it’s not our problem , we can’t do anything about it, you pay now or leave the hotel, just adding a note that it was near midnight hour when she was telling us to leave if we don’t pay them... Not ending with that , few days later, they again called us to the reception by informing that by ,we don’t know what criticism reasons, Latvian tourists has to pay more money for their rooms, although we already been there for a week when they decided to inform us about that. Luckily we are Latvians living in Ireland so we had to prove them by showing our documents that we are actually coming from Ireland. So if you are Latvian and coming for a holidays to Egypt, consider well if you are willing to come to this hotel, as there’s possibility you’ll be charged extra without any notice. Pretty disappointed about animation team as well, as you can barely see them at the beach and only at the pool. Although one good thing was beach restaurant guys, They took good care of people.

It's my second year in this place as usual I loved everything.. ( restaurant - pool - beach - ali baba aqua ) all people were great and helpful with love , food variety, excellent anemation team .... thank you all. ( special thanks to Alaa and Ahmed in Ali baba aqua park team )

So far.. excellent! We are halfway our stay. All i can say is WONDERFULL. Staff is very friendly. Food is delicious, and a good variation. We have yet to try the a-la-carte restaurants. If there is any problem, aladdin does their best to inform you. Dont book any excursions on the beach or at the swimming pools. They push you into selling excursions at 5x the price you get in hurghada city. Our son loves the minidisco every evening. Everything is very clean. Fresh waterbottles everyday. We can use all facilities from alibaba palace, yet we only did the waterpark so far. So far, 5/5. If we come back to egypt again, it will be aladdin. Just dont talk to much to other guests, as 70% are russians, and if you say "hi" they look to you very angry. Not friendly at all.

Beautiful beach and pool area, welcoming staff and lovely facilities. Bar staff are very nice and will always be ready to give you your next drink. The room was very clean modern and hygienic, I have had a lovely time at this hotel and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, hot relaxing holiday.

Lovely place lovely staff especially madhy very welcoming the entertainment is amazing food is veryy nice the staff are very welcoming making you feel like you are at home and not to mention the weather is gorgeous not a dull moment when I went there

This resort has everything. A nightclub with amazing modern music, plenty of restaurants, everyday morning and day time activities, every night entertainment, beautiful beaches, fun aqua park and lots of things to do for children and adults. The location is right beside the aquarium, senzo shopping mall, sand city is across from the resort and mini egypt is right beside as well. Everyone at the resort is so friendly, but especially the entertainment team: Mimi, Dasha, Vivka, Nastia, Capo, Justin and Boodie. Definitely recommend and would come back again.
