Everything was good, great see

Had very bad experience at this resort and not recommend for any one wanted to enjoy the Red Sea. Cleaning and hygiene is zero - staff altitudes are terrible. Won’t go back to Hurghada ever my or my kids .

Hotel is huge, everything is little bit older but in good condition and simple Mediterranean style. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had room cleaning every day. Service is good, all stuff is very friendly. However 90 percent of the guest are Russians and food is adapted for their taste, which means very plain taste, very often without any solt and spices at all. We stayed for 8 days and after 5 I really had it enough of that kind of food. Hotel is full of unattended kids all around, which was very irritating. This hotel definitely isn't 4 star hotel. Huge minus is WiFi. They don't provide it, so we were forced to pay extra 20 dollars for internet which was very bad, slow and we had connection in intervals. What hotel don't provide free WiFi today? Also hotel was overcrowded and we were waiting in lines to enter the restaurant.

Really bad experience, stuff very rude towards the guest , they keep me waiting over 2 hours just because I booked through trip company, they said it’s your fault as you looking for cheaper accommodation next time book through us direct, the toilet the broken.

Worse than expected. The room facilities are old, there is no elevator and no WiFi, which are common problems in the local area. However, there are too many white people. The all-inclusive package is meaningless. There are too many people at meal times and the food quality is too poor. There is no beach at the beach. It is really embarrassing that the price is neither good nor bad (the beach in Figure 3 is the one next door).

The hotel has a beautiful coral reef, this is its big advantage. Good water slides for children. You have to look hard for tasty food, there are a lot of people. The views from the room are beautiful, the rooms are so-so, sometimes the door does not close well, sometimes the air conditioner is noisy. There are not enough rugs in the rooms, so as not to drag sand into the room. The animation is boring, the program has been stuck in the past for 10 years. For a family with children, the hotel is ideal. But for a couple who want to relax, not so much.

Avoid this hotel. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room. I confirmed with Ctrip that these are included. There are no napkins. The toilet paper will not be replenished the next day. The sink and bathtub are full of garbage and hair. Most importantly, I swatted more than 30 mosquitoes in one night! ! ! ! I couldn't sleep at all. There is no elevator. The porter who lives on the third floor was not happy to pay 20 Egyptian pounds and was sarcastic to us. There is no wifi and you have to pay for it. It is said to be all-inclusive, but you have to pay for popcorn. The white people's meal has no other meat dishes except stewed beef and roasted chicken.

First, this hotel doesn't offer Chinese hospitality. I booked a pool view room, but was given a room facing the parking lot. Second, I arrived at 5 PM, and they didn't tell me I needed to make a reservation for lunch the next day. As a result, I only had breakfast and dinner, even though the hotel normally offers a full meal plan. Finally, the room itself was incredibly noisy. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, and my room was directly outside the building's air conditioner cabinet. A disappointing stay, though the pool view was certainly nice.

The room we were given had a great view. The view was beautiful. I wasn't used to the buffet, but there were a lot of choices. The most surprising thing was that the snorkeling was great! There were a lot of fish and beautiful corals. It was worth the price.

We stayed here for three days with one adult and one child. The room we chose had an average view, but the all-inclusive package was less than 400 yuan a day, which was very cost-effective. The internal swimming pool and slide were good, very suitable for children to play. I tried the sea in the hotel, and you can also go snorkeling. The food was average, but it was edible. There was rice and potatoes for lunch and dinner. Is this group invested by Russians? Most of the people who stay here are Russians, and there are very few locals. I recommend it.

A very large amusement park, almost all of them are Russians. The restaurant is big but there are not many choices. The cuisine is Russian and the seats are hard to find. The room I stayed in was very newly renovated. I was replaced with an old room. I was given room fruit and a late check-out. I didn't get the price difference back. Strictly speaking, most of the rooms face an artificial sea view, which is a T-shaped line. The horizontal line is the Red Sea, and then a vertical line is dug. The rooms on both sides face this vertical line. You can see angry guests almost every day at the front desk. I don't know why ordinary front desk staff can't handle a simple check-in. It must be handled by a manager. The manager often handles several things at the same time and keeps making calls. It took more than 40 minutes from the beginning of my check-in to getting the room card. I had a reservation.

Communication in English is not good. Most of them are Russian. There are no elevators in the buildings except for the main building. You have to drag your luggage up to the room yourself. The restaurant is small compared to the number of rooms, so there are no seats during meal times.
