there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

I was so impressed by this hotel. It is best to go all-inclusive. The dive Shop on site is a paddy five star and really good. The instructors and dive master is very experienced and the boats good quality.
They were full so put us in twin smoking room where we had booked king-size double non-smoking and they upgraded us to a suite.
The food was excellent the variety and quality very good and the staff excellent, very attentive. And everybody was happy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

酒店很大 有自己的海灘區域 是個全包酒店 一日三餐都有 每天的主題都不一樣味道整體來説還是很不錯的 酒店裡還有bar 裏面很多飲品都是免費的!晚上還會有一些表演 在酒店裡一整個就是可以不用出門的狀態 非常適合度假⛱️

首先我要強調的是，攜程的服務無與倫比，攜程在這個裡邊扮演了非常重要的角色，我和酒店之間發生的問題，攜程幫我調解並且在其中承擔了作為一個優質履行供應商的責任，在這裏麪我表示對攜程的感謝，以及未來會長期並且忠實的使用攜程提供的服務。
絕對不是吹捧，這是讓我在這次旅程中最深切的感受，因為我的這趟行程總計超過60天，其中使用到了攜程，***********, agoda, Vator等多家中美歐亞第三方旅遊供應商，讓我感觸最深的是攜程是其中解決最快，而且客户服務關係處理最好的，booking定的接機沒人接，錢到現在還沒退。。。😂我也是醉了。我保證這條評價的真實性。
那麼現在開始説説酒店，酒店有一些優點，為了更客觀的表述，所以我在這裡邊把優點和缺點分開來講，
優點：
1環境無與倫比，有一個相對較大的園區，一個100米寬，1公里長的園區，100米的寬度是海岸線，靠近海岸附近有一個泄湖，在泄湖中有珊瑚，並且海岸外可以浮潛，雖然環境跟大溪地馬代塞舌爾巴巴多斯何種沒法比，但就園區植被和海岸總體而言，環境非常好，在全球旅遊目的地中我認為能排到前30%。
2性價比總體而言比較高，全包度假村，主餐廳食物質量可以，單點餐廳可以免費預約一次。幾乎所有bar都有酒水包含，這些都還值得肯定。
3沒有更多優點了。。。哈哈哈
説説槽點：
1設施老久，酒店應該從開業到現在沒有徹底的翻新過，目前應該有區域在逐漸翻新，因為團隊接待的原因，酒店的到課率很好，所以我覺得應該不會徹底的更新全部設施，所以老舊是他第缺點。
2服務可以説不及格，或者勉強60分。我到了酒店下午三點半，辦理入住時間超過半小時。酒店並沒有一間已經打掃出來的房間，但據我觀察酒店應該有至少600間客房，沒有一間可以提供給我讓我立即入住在下午三點半。。。這很難理解🤣所有服務人員最在線的是門口保安，如同過去保安一樣，絕對拒絕一切他看不爽的人和車，檢查一切。。。。
3歧視亞洲人，如果沒猜錯的話，業主應該是德國人，酒店裡麪掛了意大利法國西班牙德國的旗幟，而且在園區裏聽到他們的語言，客人主要來自於法國德國。我剛開始的時候不認為會有很明顯的歧視，因為畢竟在北非國家旅遊，他們對白人更加熱情，算是比較常見吧。但是，但是，但是。大家一起排隊要煎蛋，到了我的時候他就不願意給我煎雞蛋。總不至於早餐吃個煎蛋我也要給小費吧，整體服務團隊還算正常，這麼大的一個度假村，有幾個老鼠屎也説得過去。反正就是服務讓人肯定不太爽，會抵消環境帶來的愉悦。
4 位置遠離市區，打車UBER要加價。錢到時不多，但是整個埃及90%不按規矩來，沒有規則，各種坑，旅遊體驗而言，目前來説是我50～60個國家旅行經驗來説最差的。不誇張。。。你敢信比西哈努克更讓人不想再來。。。
最後總結一下，如果能夠接受設施老久，不care服務態度也不怎麼跟服務人員溝通，希望體驗低價全包度假村，享受紅海邊環境，可以選擇。
補充一下，有個Padi五星的潛店，潛導還比較敬業，但據説他一天7～8潛（震驚！）但是水下環境一般，沒大片活珊瑚，沒鯊魚沒海龜沒蝠鱝。帶孩子房礁浮潛看看小魚還湊合。

酒店的一切一切都讓我覺得很滿意。環境，服務，價格。。一價全包，餐食吃了三天也沒膩，好幾個大泳池，處處鮮花，小劇場的精彩演出，坐在海景酒吧點一杯免費飲料，酒店有碼頭可以直接出海，紅海實在太美！愉快的三天過得太快，意猶未盡，下次冬天再來躺一週。
