酒店全都是紅木裝修高端大氣，辦理入住的時候前台小月非常熱情耐心給我們推薦了很多好吃好玩的地方，還送了小禮品，退房的時候好像是小劉和小張吧，細心的提醒我們要掃停車券，告訴我們怎麼操作，從入住到退房服務都很好，有什麼不知道和需要的他們都會幫我們解決，酒店衞生也非常乾淨，值得推薦！

很滿意 先説説服務#
帶孩子出去旅遊很晚才到酒店，下着雨孩子困的不行，酒店服務很貼心，送了一堆小零食，走的時候還送雨傘☔️，太貼心了
再説環境#
古香古色 整體風格中式化，紅木傢俱當然不會是真紅木啦😀，沒有氣味，整體房間和餐廳風格很喜歡
衞生方面#
395塊錢一晚的酒店能有這樣的衞生不錯👌，用的毛巾軟軟的，包間裏的傢俱也一塵不染
安吉大半夜特意跑到湖州這個酒店住，沒失望哦😊

約朋友一起五一出遊，她推薦入住這裏，説各方面還可以，挺安靜的。我們入住三天兩晚，3間房，房間挺乾淨的，不過就其中一間空調不製冷，打去前台讓相關人員查看情況，最終未予以解決，要求升房也不了了之……估計五一期間也沒房了吧，但也需要回應下我們吧，這點欠缺，其他還行。
