Incredible place, not too far from Huzhou train station. Food is just ok
Staff is very helpful english assistance is very limited but they try the best to help out

五一出行，路況不錯，提前到達酒店。管家安排電瓶車很迅速到達停車場接我們，房間還沒好，就送我們到雲間咖啡先喝一杯。午飯後入住獨棟茶居，面對茶山背對竹林，曲徑通幽。樓下是大床房，碩大的落地窗面對茶山風景很美。樓上是一個茶水廳+雙床房。管家服務很好，有需求發微信回覆很快，電瓶車也是隨叫隨到。酒店活動豐富，我們參加了抄經書 ，做扇面和香囊。

五一不想人擠人選擇了慧心谷，一進停車場就有高爾夫球車接送，管家提前幾天就加了微信，有問題也隨時解答很貼心，風景太漂亮了.就像住進了大自然裏面…餐廳早餐很豐盛..午餐晚餐單點套餐都很合適…雲頂咖啡的華夫餅也很好吃…酒店有很多活動.需要提前預約才能參加。唯一一點是我備註了需要小童拖鞋和洗漱用品，但是房間並沒有準備。

1.酒店非常好,乾淨衞生,通風,尤其前台服務非常貼心，來之前説想住在視野好的房間，來到之後真的視野超級好看竹林花海，晚上看着星空聽着蛙鳴喝着咖啡/:coffee好愜意舒心，餐廳服務真的不錯隨時會關注你的需求，非常滿意,早餐也很nice,入住首選 還有活動參加做了手工扇面製作真的好有意思，教做手工的小姐姐好温柔好有耐心/:heart還有最高層的雲頂無邊泳池好漂亮，心情特別放鬆！本來第二天都要趕車了 應為小孩子玩的太瘋了有點不舒服想退房延遲，這邊跟小管家一説立馬給安排了推遲時間退房真的太貼心了，下次一定要來玩的久一點還沒體驗完呢。哈哈哈哈哈哈 極力推薦哦！

五一假期當天一早盲訂的房間，前期沒有了解過，沒想到還是有小驚喜的，入住給我升級了竹居獨棟別墅，酒店環境空氣很不錯，到處是竹林和茶園，一片綠色。房間上下兩層，有兩個大床，還有個大露台，設施該有的也都有。在雲頂咖啡喝下午茶居高望遠很舒服。早餐廳不大，但品種不少，麪條很好吃，澆頭都很紮實鮮美。晚餐露台燒烤氛圍不錯，但品質還需提升，品種太少上菜又很慢，剛端上來的小龍蝦還是冷掉的，不滿意！另外接駁車太慢了，利用率太低沒有安排好，退房的時候看到接連5.6輛空車往下走，那為什麼不能順便帶我們下去？非要排隊等着安排好的車過來才行。等了20分鐘沒來最後還是自己走下去的。酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是陸羽古道，徒步非常方便。退房後忘記在酒店的帽子在管家的幫助下找到了幫我寄回，點贊👍🏻如果接駁車和自助燒烤能再改進下就更好啦！

山景很漂亮，房間很大，非常舒適，各位管家、陳管家接送、諮詢解答服務都比較及時和到位。電車充電也順利安排上了。帶小孩的家庭非常多。送了長頸鹿莊園門票，也蠻有意思。
