I have reserved the “Deluxe queen room” through trip.com and later changed to “Standard Twin bed” room at hotel. I noticed that “standard twin bed” room is about $10 cheaper than the “Deluxe queen room”. It was never mentioned by the hotel front desk about that information and whether they will provide me the refund. One thing is also new to me that you need to pay for the lost room card 🤣 Except for the above comments, everything is perfect: location, breakfast and service. I will definitely come back next time!

It's a solid 4-star hotel. There are no luxuries, but it's clean and the staff are friendly. One of the receptionists spoke English to me. The location is perfect for the historical streets of Huzhou.

The hotel is close to Yishang Street and Xiaoxi Street. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has a high floor with a wide view. Although the room is not spacious, the bedding is relatively comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is also good. The front desk service is professional and fast, the room is relatively old, and the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe the room in the VIP building next to it will be better. There are many kinds of breakfast, and several restaurant staff are in place! The location of the hotel is very good.

However, the hotel's facilities are dated and outdated, with issues like poor drainage in the shower and a door that wouldn't lock after exiting. While the staff promptly addressed these issues, the overall guest experience was poor. We recommend a renovation with smarter, more affordable, and more luxurious touches to provide a fresh, more enjoyable guest experience.

I later negotiated with the hotel to move to a different room, which was better. There was mold on the ceiling, floor, and furniture. The room was not very large. It was absolutely terrible. This was my second time in Huzhou. The first time I stayed at the Ji Hotel, but it was fully booked this time. Seeing this four-star hotel, I decided to give it a try. It was truly awful, especially the night shift receptionist. We arrived around 11 PM, and she was practically lifeless, providing terrible service. She didn't even tell us what breakfast was or where to eat it. How can someone like that be a receptionist?

春節初五訂的豪華雙床房間，但房間不大，床是1.2米的，賓館雖然有些老舊，但地段位置很好，出門左邊是衣裳街，右邊100米是小西街和狀元街，離鐵佛寺也很近，步行到達正好趕上鐵佛寺稀有紅梅盛開，賓館也有地下停車位，這點很方便，早餐也可以，可能因為春節，帶着小孩希望再增送一份早餐，卻被工作人員拒絕了，這個很少遇到。服務有些生硬不温馨。
