The children are so happy. There is a bonfire party on the outdoor lawn at night. The hotel service is very thoughtful. The front desk, room service, lobby manager, and director are really excellent. They are considerate of us guests and thoughtful. I told the director that I wanted to dig bamboo shoots with him. The director prepared a basket and shovel for us early. He was worried that we couldn't find it and took us there personally. It was really heartwarming. When we checked out, the lobby lady gave us a gift and helped us take our things to the garage.

The day before check-in, the hotel housekeeper will contact you in advance and carefully tell you the itinerary points, surrounding recreational facilities, catering, and entertainment activities in the hotel. On the second day of the trip, some minor problems occurred. The child was a little unwell and could not buy medicines around. After the housekeeper learned about it, he specially sent the medicines to the room. Here I would like to thank the housekeeper Miss Tiantian for giving immediate help and solving the urgent problem. In the evening, the manager of the housekeeper department also came to ask if the child's situation was better. It was really heartwarming. When I left the next day, I also gave a small gift thoughtfully. It was really a full-course thoughtful service! Five-star praise cannot express my gratitude. I will definitely come again next time. There is nothing to eat or takeaway around the hotel. The hotel can consider setting up a coffee bar to sell drinks, skewers, etc., and the business must be good. It is suitable for a trip of about 2 days.

It was a good experience to stay in Yubugu for three days and two nights during the off-peak travel before the May Day holiday. The lobby manager Xiao Jiang was warm and thoughtful, and the service was efficient. All the waiters gave a great service experience! During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huzhou for a family trip. I booked a princess castle room with a king-size bed. The hotel upgraded me to a king-size bed room for free. There are welcome fruits, game coins and tickets to the children's playground when you check in. There is also a place for handicrafts and table tennis on the first floor. There is a very high slide on the third floor, which you can play countless times! There is a large lawn outside, where you can set up tents for camping, play football, and there are trampolines and sand pits. There will be bonfire parties and open-air movies in the evening. The hotel is not yet fully built, and some villa areas will be built in the second and third phases. My daughter said she would stay for three more days during the summer vacation!
