It was the first time I came to Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Since it was during the ”October 1st” National Day holiday, the prices of the hotels were relatively expensive. I have to say that this hotel is a great hotel in every way. The location is not far from Huzhou high-speed railway station, about 20 minutes by taxi. Next to the hotel is the Municipal Third People's Hospital. Nucleic acid can be done for free all day, which is very convenient. The hotel is very clean, tidy and very new. The lobby is warm and cozy. The room is quite clean. Even the carpeted corridors are clean. The only downfall was that it took long to get warm in the room. I slept with cold feet because the aircon takes forever to heat up the room. You can’t even heat up the room while you go out for dinner because the access card work for both the door and electric plugs and switches.
It’s pretty convenient here, there’s a street filled with food stores right next to the hotel and down the street there are clothing stores, Sephora and a huge h&m

After a long selection, I finally chose Kaiyuan Mingting.
The hotel is located in the tallest twin towers in the center of Huzhou City. Downstairs is Yintai Department Store. Next to it is Xiangwang Park, which is said to be the place where Xiang Yu went to attack Qin.
The front desk service was very good when I checked in. They also sent breakfast to the children and gave fresh fruits every day. My wife and children liked it very much.
The hotel staff also greeted each other when they met, and the service was also very serious and professional.
Our room was facing the scenic river and Feifeng Bridge, and the night view was very beautiful.
The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very good, with good dishes and tastes, both Chinese and Western food. The children said that they could skip lunch after breakfast.
The hotel is less than half an hour's drive from Taihu Ancient Town and Moon Bay. I went to Moon Bay to check in at around 5 pm, and then went to Taihu Ancient Town for dinner and watched a song and dance performance on the river. It was very exciting, and then there was an iron flower performance. It was the first time I saw it live, and it was still very exciting.
We stayed here for three days and two nights. When we left, the lady at the front desk gave us a small can of white tea as a gift. My wife and children said they would stay here again next time they come to Huzhou.

TTeo792the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people.
Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really.
However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

The homestays in the surrounding mountains have very good quality, Moganshan/Anji/Tonglu...the first to know Yu Zi Zai Zai was on Amway in Sheye Yizhai in the spring. After all, these platforms of Ctrip have some praise and are not credible, let alone Amway such as Xiaohongshu, or the operator of the homestay knows better.

The keeper’s wedding leave coincided with the typhoon ”Fireworks”. I believed in rain or shine, but I received a phone call from the hotel two days ago and the local area issued a notice to temporarily suspend business. During the period, orders were returned to us, but I watched Tuesday. I still have a try in the weather. I called the hotel and it all recovered.
📌The distance from Hangzhou to Anji:
The hotel is basically far away from the attractions of Anji, except for the ancient road about one or two kilometers away, or it is the rafting of the northern Zhejiang gorge, so please be prepared to lie in the homestay, or go to the swimming pool to play in the water, or Take a stroll in the small garden
It is recommended to drive there. It takes about two and a half hours to drive in the past 100+km in Hangzhou, and the road of about 20km seems to be around the village.

MMyraNOverall, I enjoyed my stay here, especially for the dogs. The hotel has a great enclosed grass space for them to play in while there were patio chairs and tables for us to chill, have a drink, and enjoy the mountain views.
It’s a very peaceful and quiet place at the top of Wangwei Mountain. I was surprised about this since we came during the national holidays so I still expected there to be a lot of cars or other hotels around. But actually, we were about to walk pass the park lot and go down a small road that had no one for ages. Both sides were lined with bamboo trees and it was a perfect path to explore or do a bit of jogging. In fact, we even came back at night and brought some foldable chairs from the hotel to go past the lights and look at the stars.
The hotel itself had clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lot of random places for you to sit at and read a book or hang with friends. The only thing I would have wanted was for them to have a filtering system for the pool. Since we’re surrounded by nature there’s just a lot of bugs around and even after the staff cleaned the pool, there were still small bugs. But since we came for the greenery, it wasn’t too much of a big deal.
Would definitely recommend driving up yourself or hiring a driver since it’s not easy to get to other places from the hotel. They have the one farmhouse to eat at which has pretty good food but nothing else. We came prepared with snacks and drinks and I still wished we brought more haha, especially since we didn’t leave the mountain for one of the days.
Would definitely recommend for the beauty of the place but come prepared!

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

I went to the Tianyuan Jialebi at the night show, and came back to sit on the sofa on the first floor, eating spicy food, drinking small wine, watching Ni Dahong's movie ”I Love You”, a loving soul will never age, just like the sentence Lines, there is no negative emotion that cannot be cured by the words ”I love you”, if there is, then say it again.
