Hotel employees behaviour is not correct. We have clearly mentioned early check-in in remarks. Then also they could not able to give even 1 room. We had faced lot of issues in finding out another room from fresh up n go to conference. After preperation of the final tarriff they forgot to add one bill and taking amount of rs. 369. For this they hv called at-least 20 times when i am in meeting. After meeting i hv paid this thru gpay. But they hv not sent bill till now. I told i am in meeting not to call these many times and share by whatsapp to whom to pay.

Very untidy rooms. The rooms were having smoking and alcohol smell. After complaining finally after 3 hours they gave us another room. Mmt 's sanjay, ashok and gautam gave us 100% cooperation during this

The location is just good enough whether you are a tourist or a business visitor to hyderabad. The services and the food available are quite average.

It was pathetic the staff is not hospitable washroom smells a lot the corridor stinks while i was having breakfast the staff had shut the lights of the restaurant i had cleared the fee for in room dining while checking out they embarrassed me by saying that i haven’t paid and later i showed them the screenshot then they wr like ok but made me wait for long. Wifi wasn’t working in my room or in the entire hotel premises my earphones went missing after they cleaned my room in my absence no tv channels the bed sheet had stains it was a very bad experience. Also they were forcing me to check out befre time

Room was not cleaned properly at the time of checkin. Same day informed reception to clean the room while leaving for sight seeing but when i entered room in the night room was not not cleaned and called reception then they sent the guy. There was beer bottles in the dustbin. No proper room service. No wi-fi and laundry service provided.
