This is the most expensive hotel I stay in my 8 days trip in Kagoshima, however, the quality of the hotel, whether in terms of the hardware or software, does not match with the price. The most astonishing thing is I was told I need to set the bed by myself as that is not included in the hotel service of my room type and I was never informed when I placed my booking.
Really beyond my understanding of the basic service of a proper hotel.

酒店就在巴士站旁，非常方便。房間向海，偶爾見到火車經過，非常享受鄉村的寧靜生活。酒店內有浸砂浴的設施，𣎴用去其他砂浴場，在熱砂中蒸10分鐘，非常舒服，接著走兩步就返浴場沖走身上的沙，然後冲涼，就可以浸酒店戶內和戶外的溫泉，驅走身上的疲勞，第二天早餐前我們還再去享受一次溫泉浴。酒店提供一泊兩食，晚餐還免費提供酒精飲品，我選擇熱的sake，一小瓶非常可口。早上退房後，酒店提供免費專車送客人去指宿駅，太好了

2017年底曾經在鹿兒島跨年倒數，其中一晚就住在指宿鳳凰飯店，感覺非常舒服。 數年後再次重臨，酒店的外貌與設施都經歷了風霜，有點老舊感覺，但是酒店的服務依然周到，令人感覺貼心。全家人都喜歡這裡的熱砂浴和泡溫泉，一泊二食的晚餐是普通的日式料理，味道不錯。希望下次有機會再來指宿鳳凰度假。

저녁은 카이세끼형식으로 한국인에게는 조금 입맛이 안맞을수도 있지만 경험삼으로 느끼기에 좋습니다.
시설은 탁구장 과 자판기 등 있어서 이용이 편하고 바닷가 뷰라서 전반적으로 좋습니다. 스탭들도 친절하고 가성비로는 최고라고 생각합니다.

호텔은 지은지 오래돼 보였으나 시설은 충분히 만족스럽게 관리되고 있었습니다. 직원은 매우 친절하였고 식사는 충분히 맛있었습니다. 모래찜질욕은 무척 좋은 경험이었습니다.

部屋にある冷房もよく効くので、古い割には快適に過ごせる。 温泉は、大浴場もよかったが、砂蒸し温泉が１２００円で入れるので、これもよかった。 （部屋の風呂にも温泉が出るのはおどろいた） 夕食は、ボリュームがあって、大人向き。温かいもの（天ぷらとか）は調理したものをすぐ出してくれる。おいしかった。 おいしかった。 朝食はビッフェで、これもおいしかった。 ７：００からだったが、６：５０からやってくれた。 卓球台があって３０分３００円。 ラケットも４本貸してくれて、みんなで盛り上がった。卓球台やラケットも新しくてきれいだった。 レンタカーがあれば移動が楽かも。 タクシーもよべばすぐきてる感じだった。
