Bad place and bad treatment The room was bad and without a door and he did not change the room or give me my money back The pictures are not true. The room was without a door, there was no privacy, and the workers were outside, so I do not recommend this hostel

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming hostel! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights and attractions. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a great value.

Gafa Garden is a true find! Situated in the heart of the city, its central location made exploring a breeze. The modern, stylish decor and spotless cleanliness added a touch of luxury to my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making this experience top-notch. Highly recommend for a convenient and enjoyable city getaway!

The pros the staff were nice. It has charge points and personal reading light by each bed. The location is great. The price is good. The lockers are "bring your own padlock" but some of the lockers were broken. The cons There was a review from 4 months ago showing the room in pretty good condition but I was surprised to find how badly it had deteriorated since (march 2023). Room was in a horrible state of repair. The cleaners clearly haven't been around and the beds from previous guests who had checked out hadnt been cleaned, the next set of guests were given new towels and sheets and that's it. The rest of the room and toilets hasn't been cleaned. There were no light bulbs in the room (see my photos) so it was pitch black except for the bedside lights. bathroom was incredibly mouldy and the shower panels have come off so water floods everywhere when showering. Toilet shared with the 4 bunk beds but also several private rooms, so maybe 8 people using a single toilet per floor, can't access other toilets in other floors except the terrace. The kitchenette was under construction. There was an older man in his 70s staying in the dorm room, so not really a hostel vibe. The bunk bed was shaky, every movement can be felt from the bunk mate.

Via booking I found this hostel with very nice picture, only in booking. Com and good price. At my arrival I have entered in a dirty place with a bad smell of smoke, the reception was inside a bathroom I think where were working 4 guys of whose only 1 could understand English. After the delivery of the key started the horror experience. The room was so poor and dirty, the shared bathroom looked like a public toilet. Out in the corridor there were bags containing garbage... I don't know for how many days they were stored there. After a quick visit even if paied in advance I decided to leave this place and choose for other accommodation.

Great location, central but just off the main drag...comfortable and clean room, complete with a little balcony... bathroom is shared but clean...basic kitchen facilities available too...wifi ok...front door access at night is with a code, feels safe!
