this hotel is very good staff very good beds are bit hard chairs in room very good to sleep on wifi is hit miss shower is power full food in hotel is lovely cocktails really enjoy able pools are really lovely and there lots cats in hotel we first floor and cat walked up bushes but really friendly cats cleaning staff do there best like pools get clean every day this hotel is really good but card were to put money on card i like pay with cash but put pay british pound you get lira back lol ..

Very good hotel,the bed was massive and really comfortable,the apartment was excellent, it was in a great location , the two pools were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful, overall I had a great stay I would love to return .

Our first day experience of Turkey was Club Aquarium & needless to say we were not disappointed. Yes rooms are dated ( but comprehensive refurb planned in Nov 24 ) Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels always given on request Sally & the her team Apo,Yunus, Roni & Gege to name a few made us all welcome & catered for our every need for the whole 2 weeks of our stay. Location is in the Old Town ( nice and quiet) so about 20min slow walk to main shopping area (local supermarket 5min walk ) and if you fancy the beach , Club Aquarium have a free shuttle bus to their own private beach which drops off @ 1030 & returns about 1630hrs Good quality food & would recommend the BBQ night Cannot wait return next year

I spent 3 weeks with my family. It was a great experience. Lovely views the most helpful manager Sally and her team. Gege is the best entertainer. Had brilliant breakfast every day and delicious lunch and dinner as well. It's only 10 minute walk to the center. Reception staff very helpful too especially Filiz. They refurbished apartments in sister hotel and Sally said they will renovate all apartment in Club in November and some rooms with Jacuzzi as well. They run shuttle to sister hotel for facilities jeweller, spa,gym and hairdresser. Highly recommend them too. They do great job. I can't thank you enough.

Had the best holiday of my life. Stunning views, great Turkish nights, staff fantastic Sally and her team Apo Gege Yunus ony does a great job. Prices are reasonable .They do a set menu which is £10.99 . Great value of money. You get what you paid for. They run athe best spa in sister hotel and a fantastic hairdresser and barber and jewellers as well. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday. See you again next year xx

Me and my husband stayed here for two weeks. The hotel grounds are beautiful, stunning views and plenty of sun beds around both pools. The apartments are rather dated but they are due to be refurbished later this year. We arrived after midnight but Scooby and Mimi ( hope I’ve spelt them right) were so helpful with Mimi even walking us down to the local supermarket which is open until 2am for a few essentials. The owner of the shop,Ahmed, is a real character and a lovely man. The cleaners come in daily, towels are changed every day and the beds are changed every 3 days. Zelife our cleaner was lovely. We had a couple of issues with appliances in the apartment but these were dealt with immediately We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. They don’t take cash but they give you a card to top up to use and anything left on it at the end of your stay, they give you back. There is another supermarket through a cut at the side of the hotel. It’s a short walk and there is also Tommys restaurant there. The bus to Marmaris via Icmeler centre stops outside of Tommys and it’s a mere 30 lira each for the journey. The walk to Icmeler is around 10/15 mins and around 15/20 minutes to the beach depending on how fast you walk. We highly recommend the boat trip to Turtle beach and the mud baths. We went on the Orca but there are plenty of others to choose from costing approximately £25 each including your lunch. We had a lovely two weeks here and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.

Second visit to club aquarium, excellent stay again. The rooms although basic have all you need to accommodate your stay. Our apartment was cleaned every day and clean towels provided. All areas are cleaned and constantly checked by staff. The friendly staff can not do enough to help. The sister hotel Grand aquarium has a fabulous spa which I highly recommend. Saliye arranged this for me and also arranged free transport. The bar/restaurant staff were amazing, friendly brilliant people, especially Apo, Yunus and Roni, nothing was too much trouble for them. Gee Gee the person in charge of entertainment works his socks off and is a lot of fun. Highly recommend this establishment.

2nd time here and had a great time. Its clean and tidy and the staff are all friendly and will do anything to help you. Bbq night was brilliant and the food was great. Rooms are clean and towels changed every day. Will definitely be back sometime soon. X

Have been going here for a few years now and this year was quite disappointing. Food and drinks were expensive compared to last year. Breakfast has almost doubled in price to £7.50 but if you walk 5 mins around the corner you can get the same if not better for £5.00. We have had meals at the club a few times in the past but chose not to this year due to the prices. We have also gone to the bar at nights on return from dinner but decided to sit in our balcony instead this year (the bar was empty at night). It was obvious that the apartments were at capacity, however, this was not reflected around the pool and bar areas which I can only assume people are heading out to eat and drink, which is disappointing. On our second day we woke up with no water, staff were aware that there was building work getting done elsewhere and the hotel had not water due to this. we were told it would be back on at 3pm then 4pm then 5pm, however didn’t come back on until nearer 7pm. A letter under the apartment door in the morning explaining the problem, offering some bottled water and possibly the use of a shower at the grand wouldn’t have gone wrong, which would have stopped guests continually going to reception to report the problem. Dilara who dealt with public relations in the past kept everyone in high spirits, chatting away daily, having firepit nights etc but she is no longer there and hasn’t been replaced and now there is no atmosphere or anyone to organise anything. There was one female who dealt with PR from the grand (only know this as another guest told us) arrived once in a blue moon, didn’t introduce herself and all we got from her is “good morning” as she past by the sun-beds and that was it. Can’t fault the bar staff, cleaners or receptionist, they do a great job. We know the rooms are tired and dated but it hasn’t stopped us going in the past. We go at the same time every year and meet the same people, which is lovely and have made great friends, however, they have all voiced the same issues as us. Unless things change we won’t be back.
