Visited this place for the first time with my friends and colleagues and stayed in this spot, very pleasant and beautiful place. Very clean rooms,Very cooperative staffs especially Mr. ***i had made warm welcome and helped us in ordering foods and making more complements etc.surely recommend my colleagues to make stay in this resort.

Recently visited thekkady and get a stay in this resort with my friends, we got a feel-good experience. Property is outstanding & perfect hospitality. Everyone is great right from reception staff to the chef. Breakfast menu spread was good. Lunch and dinner a la carte menu varieties were good as well.

Nice ambience and friendly staff. Wonderfull experience. Siva has explained the tourist places and also suggested the kathakali dance shows.. swimming pool was nicely maintained.. kids are enjoying the stay very well. Hoping to visit again..

It was very nice place to stay. Every staff from reception to kitchen was smiley, soft, caring etc. Special welcome by Sona and Aswin was so so nice. The food was so tasty. Kids play area and swimming pool area also very nice. You don't to worry about anything if you are planning to greenwoods resort

Excellent service and staff.. that’s the first thing comes to your mind when you talk abt GreenWoods resort … right from the Gatekeeper to welcoming staff and restaurant staff all were very friendly, courteous and always with a smile. Special to mention Ashwathy and ***i from restaurant services were top notch exceeded expectations on every bit. The location is very much on the main road / city of Thekkady but kind of decent for couple of days if u have a trek or something planned. They were pet friendly and made life easy for us and my pet. Food - great service and good food .. nothing to harm ur tummy and perfectly blended.. kudos to chef for the crispy vada and tomato chutney… evening snacks can be better with some mix for kids and teenagers / healthy options Overall a great experience and hope to visit them or their chain of hotels again in the future!!! The reason for a 4* is only because of the “no view” villa and only a compound wall facing when opened the door !!

Relaxing stay at Greenwoods...rooms were clean...our room on first day had water drainage issues so we shifted to another room the next day...for a cold place like thekkady...hot water in the restroom is definitely required, but water was not hot at all for the 2 days that we stayed, the staff said it was centralized heating system but it definitely needs to be looked into as the water was not hot at all...food n breakfast spread was good....the recreation area needs some improvement,the dart board n table tennis equipment were old n dart was not operational....the cleaning items kept under the staircase in reception area does not look apt ...it can be moved to a separate location...the adventure and other activities in house were really good...

Great experience good hospitality and service.great ambience several things to explore service by your staff Shruthi in the reception was just awesome. Neat and beautifully arranged rooms pool beds . Sports and adventures were awesome.
