Beautiful hotel but very poor service. Reasonable coffee and there was no one in the restaurant to serve you. Poor maintenance of facilities. The pool's wooden deck had loose and uneven wood, which could even cause accidents.
I tried to speak to the hotel reception on the phone several times to ask a question and I was unable to complete the call. The WhatsApp channel they provide does not work. They see your message but simply don't respond. Bad experience.

Very bad, I don't recommend it. 1. Breakfast items were not fresh, with many flies and mosquitoes (alive and dead) on the fruits, cold cuts and bread. This could be easily solved with those little nets, which I always see in the cafes of other inns. 2. It is not possible to order dishes outside the breakfast buffet, such as tapioca for example (they only make tapioca dough and you fill it with the cold cuts with dead mosquitoes available at the buffet). 3. Wi-fi doesn't work. 4. Uncomfortable and sagging bed. 5. Super old safe with no key, no way to use it. 6. Bad location.

Hotel 100% recommended, the attention of Raquel and Alejandra at reception was very attentive and friendly, they helped us during our stay and on the tour to take. The hotel has very good facilities, a heated pool, varied breakfast, a pool with hydromassage and an extra relaxing massage service that is 100% recommended. Without a doubt, I would stay again.

The inn is lovely. The service is kind. Comfortable and spacious room. The balcony door has a screen, which prevents mosquitoes. The bed and bath linen are very fragrant. Excellent breakfast with many options. I highly recommend it!
