This was my first staying here..arrived in the late afternoon via taxi, and the check-in process took a bit of time. Unfortunately, the swimming pools are only open from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, so I was unable to utilize them.
The lobby is situated on the 6th floor, which initially caused some confusion.
My primary purpose for staying was for sleep, as I spent most of my time out. Upon returning to my room, I discovered it had not been cleaned, despite having placed the "please clean up" sign. When I returned at 9:45 PM, someone, presumably a cleaning staff member, had removed my sign and left it back in my room. I was quite disappointed that my room was seemingly intentionally overlooked for cleaning.
Following this, I expressed my concerns to the front desk, requesting a different room. After some discussion, I was eventually provided with a new room.
Please be advised that the accommodations may appear different from the advertised pictures, though the rooms themselves are decent and clean. There was also a peculiar odor in the lobby area. Plus I made separate reservation for next day, I had to check out by 11 & check in again 3pm...
