"The room is not big, it is OK to sleep for one night. The old landlord is very kind. Seeing that I am a lady, he also helped me carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. It was only at 4 o'clock in the evening that the smoke alarm suddenly sounded, we had to run to the street to wait, those professionals came over more than 20 minutes to lift the alarm, we can go back to sleep, open the eyes already 10:50, or before 11 o'clock to leave the room."

"The initial room assigned to us had some unexplained noise. We informed the hotel staff who helped with our luggage, and after unsuccessfully trying to identify the source, he promptly arranged for us to move to another room.
The hotel provides Byredo toiletries, but note that disposable items like toothbrushes and razors are subject to a fee, as per government regulations (which now apply to all hotels in South Korea). Additionally, no other single-use amenities (such as cotton swabs or shower caps) are provided as the other hotels we stayed at this time.
The mini bar is complimentary (free for use per night). Moreover, our room rate included six hours of access to Cimer, though the front desk staff did not inform us of this—we only found out when we provided our room number at Cimer."

"I had a comfortable stay. I had to catch a flight at 6 am in the morning. Hotel staff was professional and courteous. They helped me book hotel taxi which gave me a comfortable ride to the airport. There were some noise coming and there was no ventilation except for the window. But overall it was comfortable and cheap. Bottled water was given. There was a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. The bathroom was spacious and hot water was available. I would recommend this place because they treated foreigners with respect. There was no microwave oven in the room."

"I thought I booked a hostel with dormitories, but it turned out to be a single room. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and hygienic. The hot water was available 24 hours a day. It was great. I arrived too early and had to wait until 3pm to check in. I smoked for an hour outside. The surrounding area was much quieter than Seoul. There was not much business, but there were still convenience stores and not many restaurants. It's a 10-minute walk to Unseo Subway Station. Remember to take Exit 2. The lady boss can communicate in Korean English. The included breakfast was also good. I will consider coming here next time I transit. The price is very cost-effective. I am satisfied🈵"

"식구들과 여행지 찾아보다가 눈에 들어온 준라이브펜션! 짜잔. 9살 아들이 한번 가보자 해서 우리 세 식구가 갔어요. 사이트 사진과 실물이 같았어요. 프로젝터가 있어서 넷플릭스 영화와 유튜브를 큰 화면으로 시청하니 남편과 아들이 엄청 좋아해요. 탁구 야구 농구랑 노래도 하고 ...그런데 사장님이 아들하고 탁구를 쳐주시는데 처음해보는 아들도 재미있게 따라 하고, 8시쯤에 별, 토성 목성 금성 화성을 관측했는데 우리 가족 모두 처음 경험이라 엄청 신기했어요. 달은 안 떠서 다음에 한 번 더 오려구요. 방도 따뜻하고 무엇보다 사장님 아들이 개발한 달걀찜을 주시길래 아들이 먹어보더니 홀딱 반해서 순식간에 사라졌어요ㅋㅋ 친절하신 사장님 덕분에 엄청 편하고 즐거운 여행이 되었어요. 강력하게 추천해요. 사장님 다음에 또 오겠습니다. 아들도 앞으로 여기만 오자고 하네요^^"

"I don't leave a good review, but it's a great place to leave a review like this.
1. Location: There is a reservoir right in front of you, and the view is quite good. There is also a mart with Nonghyup Hanaro 5 minutes away.
2. Cleanliness: Really clean. Is it so clean and surprisingly clean and smellless at all.
3. Service: The boss is really friendly and gives you a lot of tips on sightseeing around. When you apply for a barbecue, you are considerate to be able to eat in a really clean environment. (Cleanliness of scissors and tongs is excellent)
4. Facilities: The bed mattress is very comfortable. Usually sleeping outside hurts my back, but the mattress seems to be very good. Other overall good facilities. There's a review that it's cold, but it wasn't cold at all.
If you are looking for Ganghwado Pension, I highly recommend this place."

Self contained entertainment and food options, many of which are specially curated selections such as the Michael Jordan Restaurant and the food court is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Hotel also has a concierge service for taxis.
Casino is open 24 hours with bars and food options available for purchase. Great place to past your time.
Hotel room looks clean.
Hotel looks classy. Walkways are bright and lifts look nice.
2 sinks in toilet, which is the hallmark of a top class hotel.
Beds are reasonably comfortable.
Cons:
Extremely far from the city centre.
Hotel appears to be the sole structure in the middle of barren land, with no human traffic spotted anywhere near the hotel.
Shuttle bus to and from the airport arrives only once an hour and take about 30mins to travel between Incheon Airports and the resort, meaning it could take you up to 1.5 hours to reach the resort from Incheon Airport. Also not available when you need it the most, such as nighttime and if you need to catch an early morning flight. Recommend taking a taxi.
Hotel Concierge coordinating taxi services does not pay attention to your words and tell the taxi driver wrong information, fetching you to the wrong airport terminal resulting in you overpaying for the taxi in time and cost and potentially missing your flight.
The toilet bowl is theoretically great but does not work as intended. The buttons do not respond to your press for the most part.
Most restaurants, including the food court, and shops close early, and i mean really early. So stick to the casino.

SSaintuyaI really liked the hotel, breakfast, and locoation. I was able to come by subway from airport without any hassle. Wonderful food options near the hotel, shopping area, metro were so handy. There is a korean spa nearby and hair salons, massage places, and nail salons. Not many toursits around and the prices were local prices for food, spa, and shopping. Loved the comfortable beds and sheets.

SSlavaI booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews I read. However, I was quite surprised by my experience.
The hotel is clean, not too far from the airport, and offers a shuttle bus. The bed was very clean and comfortable. However, the biggest issue is the noise. The hotel is located right next to the runway, and every departing plane makes the room extremely noisy. Even with earplugs, sleeping was nearly impossible.
Another issue was the towels. They felt low quality and didn’t seem very clean. The check-in process was also slow due to the large number of people arriving with the shuttle bus.
Lastly, what shocked me the most was when I requested a late check-out. The reception manager, Mook, told me that if I left a positive review, he could arrange it. I didn’t expect to see this kind of practice still happening in Korea. This is completely unacceptable.
If you need a quiet night’s sleep, I do not recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe experienced a very unfortunate travel delay which landed us in Incheon, South Korea for three nights. As we scrambled to read hotel reviews and check availability, DK Hotel was recommend by the baggage agent.
The hotel was warm, inviting, clean, quiet and the room had many delightful amenities including an air purifier, microwave, mini refrigerator, bidet toilet and plenty of fantastic misc travel samples from Korean skin care to amenities for couples.
However, the unexpected kindness and extraordinary hospitality shown by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Han, touched our hearts so deeply, it’s made an everlasting impact.
Over three days, he intuitively gifted cup of noodles as a gesture one morning after seeing we were too tired to make it out for food, partly due to it being 29 degrees and we were packed for 90 and humid weather! He lent me a down jacket and
recommended wonderful restaurants to visit in the area. One of the best meals we had on our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia. Kindly held our bags and printed a travel document prior to our departure. He has made friends and customers for life and it changed what was an extremely stressful situation in to something kind and incredible.
If you are going to Incheon, I highly recommend this hotel, and please say hello to my new friend, Mr. Han. 😇

GGuest UserHospitality was amazing, Super helpful staff and they were very understanding regarding our situation. We’re first time travelers here in Korea and we booked a room for the night due to us having 14 hour layover. They were telling us where the money exchange is, they booked us our shuttle tickets. The location is good if you like peace and quiet. Unfortunately we weren’t able to try the fried chicken all around the hotel because we had to head back to the airport.

KKirill_KileStayed for four days. Everything is clean and convenient. Bed is comfortable and the room has washing machine. Hotel has all necessary things for comfortable stay. Self check-in/our process is so easy and fast! The only thing that could be improved is absence of single-use slippers, they are only available in vending machine, but should be included. Also only one piece of soap was available, and no toothpaste/brush that was definitely needed during my stay.

GGuest User1 Star for Navigation and Check-in — Be Prepared If Arriving Late at Night
I arrived in Seoul around 1 AM and spent almost the entire night trying to find how to actually get into this hotel. It was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after a long flight.
First of all, the walking directions from Google Maps were completely useless. I tried to follow the path on foot, but it led me nowhere, and there was no sidewalk in some areas. I also couldn’t figure out how to catch the shuttle from the 3rd floor of the terminal — I ended up walking a dangerous road alone in the middle of the night.
Even when I finally found the building, there were no signs or clear entrance markings for the hotel. No one around spoke English, and the late hour made everything worse. The WhatsApp response from the hotel was delayed, so I had to figure it all out on my own.
Important tip: you MUST contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions — it’s a contactless self-check-in process, and nothing will make sense if you’re trying to figure it out on the spot at night.
In the room:
• Very spacious and clean
• Clean towels and bedsheets
• Heated blanket on the bed (which was a lifesaver)
– Room temperature was fixed at 21°C and couldn’t be changed
Overall, the room itself was very comfortable and well-kept, but the logistics of getting in — especially late at night — were absolutely awful. I strongly suggest the hotel provides a clear video or visual map to help future guests find the way more easily.
