We had two spacious rooms, one with two single beds and another with one double bed, which meant we never felt cramped and had a very comfortable stay. Although the building is older, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained. All the essential amenities were provided, so we didn't experience any inconvenience. A big plus for families was having two bathrooms: one with a toilet and shower, and another with a toilet, bathtub, and shower. This meant we always had access to a dry toilet. The hot water supply was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the airport and its reasonable price are also very attractive. If you're taking the bus, be aware that it's about a 5-minute walk along a quiet, seaside road from the bus stop, so it's good to be cautious at night. We opted for a taxi."

"I honestly don’t understand why this hotel is rated so highly. The main reason I chose it was its location. It’s right next to Unseo Station, which is convenient if you’re using the AREX line to and from the airport. However, there are plenty of other hotels in the same area that offer similar convenience, and if I were choosing again, I would probably stay elsewhere. The biggest issue was the service and overall experience. Official check-in is at 3:00 PM, but early check-in is available for an additional 22,000 KRW. I paid the fee and checked in around 1:45 PM, only to discover that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were used towels in the sink, someone else’s rubbish, and even discarded contact lens cases. I don’t wear contact lenses, so they definitely weren’t mine. Because I was rushing to attend an event, I couldn’t report it immediately, but I spoke to reception later. To their credit, they refunded the early check-in fee, which I appreciated. The hotel layout is a bit confusing: Reception is in one building, while other hotel facilities and services are located elsewhere. Another frustration was the extra charges. Late check-out costs 11,000 KRW per additional hour, which felt excessive given the issues I experienced. As compensation for inconveniences, the hotel provided vouchers that could be exchanged for a juice box or some cookies. While the gesture was meant to be helpful, it felt out of touch with the actual problems guests might encounter. To be fair, the room itself was decent once everything was sorted out. However, a clean room should be the minimum expectation, especially when guests are paying extra for early access. The combination of the cleaning oversight, confusing layout, additional fees, and underwhelming service recovery left a very negative impression. Overall, the location is the only major advantage. Unfortunately, that alone isn’t enough for me to return, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again."

"As the name says, it's a 5-star luxury resort. Resort and room amenities were all maintained nicely, including the gym and indoor pool. We were given a free room upgrade which has definitely elevated our experience.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The new shuttle bus service that stops at Hongdae and Myeongdong made transport that so much more convenient. It was my third time at Inspire and this time round I had reached there without any inconveniences. The entire resort is very big so wayfinding can be quite confusing but there are many staff around to assist! Due to a government policy, they do not provide disposable items like dental kits. I will want to stay there again."

"I chose Incheon specifically because I hadn't visited before and wanted to explore the area. This hotel's location is pretty good; it's a short walk to the subway station, and there's a Costco nearby, which was convenient for shopping. The surrounding area looks like it's still under development, so amenities aren't fully established. However, if you take the subway to Science Park, there are many more options. It's quite puzzling that for such a modern area, there's no subway connection to the airport; you can only take a taxi. The hotel's decor felt a bit like a business hotel in mainland China – quite dim, giving off an old, luxurious vibe. The first room I was assigned looked out onto what's shown in the third picture, which was entirely air conditioning compressors. I couldn't sleep well all night. The front desk was initially reluctant to change my room, even after I insisted for a long time. After multiple requests for an upgrade, a manager was likely called over and agreed to move us the next day. Once we moved to a higher floor, I realized that the lower floors were mainly allocated to Chinese tourists, while the higher floors were for Koreans. It was much quieter on the higher floor. I'd recommend that fellow travelers choose a higher floor if they visit; definitely avoid the lower floors. There are cars, especially motorcycles, drag racing in the vicinity, and the noise is quite significant."
